Pengaruh Kecerdasan Intelektual Dan Kecerdasan Emosional Terhadap Prestasi Kerja Pada Pegawai Kantor Bappeda Kabupaten Ogan Komering Ilir

ABSTRAK
Kajian ini diharapkan dapat mengetahui pengaruh keilmuan dan kemampuan mengapresiasi individu secara lebih mendalam terhadap pelaksanaan kerja di kantor BAPPEDA Kabupaten Ogan Komering Ilir. Teknik yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah strategi kuantitatif dengan jumlah tes yang dipertimbangkan adalah 30 responden. Metode pemeriksaan informasi yang digunakan dalam tinjauan ini adalah pemeriksaan beda lurus, pemeriksaan koefisien hubungan, pemeriksaan koefisien jaminan, uji t dan uji F dengan menggunakan program produk spss 21 for windows.. Wawasan yang agak cerdas sekaligus mempengaruhi presentasi pegawai kantor BAPPEDA Kabupaten Ogan Komering Ilir. Agaknya kemampuan memahami masyarakat secara mendalam sangat mempengaruhi pelaksanaan kerja perwakilan kantor BAPPEDA Kabupaten Ogan Komering Ilir. Apalagi, pengetahuan keilmuan dan kemampuan memahami masyarakat secara lebih mendalam pada dasarnya mempengaruhi pegawai BAPPEDA Kabupaten Ogan Komering Ilir.
Kata Kunci: Kecerdasan Intelektual, Kecerdasan Emosional dan Prestasi Kerja.
ABSTRACT
This study is expected to find out the influence of knowledge and the ability to appreciate individuals more deeply on the implementation of work at the BAPPEDA office of Ogan Komering Ilir Regency. The technique used in this study is a quantitative strategy with the number of tests considered is 30 respondents. The information checking method used in this review is straight-difference examination, correlation coefficient examination, assurance coefficient examination, t-test and F-test using the SPSS 21 for windows product program. A rather intelligent insight that also affects the presentation of BAPPEDA office employees, Ogan Komering Ilir Regency . It seems that the ability to understand the community in depth greatly affects the implementation of the work of representatives of the BAPPEDA office in Ogan Komering Ilir Regency. Moreover, scientific knowledge and the ability to understand the community more deeply basically affect BAPPEDA employees of Ogan Komering Ilir Regency.
