Pengaruh Karakteristik Individu Dan Karakteristik Pekerjaan Terhadap Kinerja Pegawai IPC Terminal Petikemas

ABSTRAK
Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengevaluasi hipotesis mengenai pengaruh karakteristik pekerjaan dan karakteristik individu terhadap kinerja karyawan IPC di terminal peti kemas. Metode yang digunakan adalah purposive sampling, dan besar sampelnya adalah 86 responden. Menggunakan uji validitas dan reliabilitas instrumen. Selain itu terdapat uji asumsi tradisional yang meliputi uji heteroskedastisitas, multikolinearitas, dan normalitas. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linier berganda, analisis koefisien korelasi, dan analisis koefisien determinasi. Untuk mengevaluasi hipotesis yaitu uji F dan t. Nilai signifikansi sebesar 0,000<0,05 diperoleh secara simultan dari hasil uji F yang secara parsial menyimpulkan bahwa Karakteristik Individu (X1) dan Karakteristik Pekerjaan mempunyai pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan (Y), dengan nilai signifikansi sebesar 0,003 < 0,05 dan 0,002 < 0,05, masing-masing. Kinerja karyawan IPC terminal peti kemas ternyata dipengaruhi secara signifikan oleh karakteristik individu dan pekerjaan pada saat yang bersamaan.

ABSTRACT
The aim of this research is to evaluate hypotheses regarding the influence of job characteristics and individual characteristics on the performance of IPC employees at container terminals. The method used was purposive sampling, and the sample size was 86 respondents. Using instrument validity and reliability tests. Apart from that, there are traditional assumption tests which include heteroscedasticity, multicollinearity and normality tests. The data analysis techniques used are multiple linear regression analysis, correlation coefficient analysis, and coefficient of determination analysis. To evaluate the hypothesis, namely the F and t tests. A significance value of 0.000<0.05 was obtained simultaneously from the results of the F test which partially concluded that Individual Characteristics (X1) and Job Characteristics have a significant influence on Employee Performance (Y), with a significance value of 0.003 <0.05 and 0.002 < 0.05, respectively. The performance of container terminal IPC employees was found to be significantly influenced by individual and job characteristics at the same time.
