This inquiry utilizied a quantitatve design, applying multiple linear regression techniques for analisys. Information was gathered from a sample of 91 staff members as respondents. Outcome from the t-test demonstrated that leadership (X1) exerted favorable and meaningful influence on employe performance, as evidenced by a significance levek of 0,019 (0,019 < 0,05). Conversely, work motivation (X2) also yielded a substantial impac, yet it exhibited an inverse correlation with employee performance, marked by a significance level of 0,003 (0,003 < 0,05) and a t-value of -3,064. Concurrently, the F-test indicated that leadership combined with work motivation collectively and substantially influenced employe performance. Yielding a significance level of 0,000. Additionally, the coefficient of determination (R2) revealed that the independent variables accounted for 16.6% of the variance in employee performance, whereas the remaining 83,4% was attributable to alternative factors not axamined in this research. These findings imply that while work motivation lacking proper oversight can detrimentally impact employee performance within the studied organization.
