Penelitianinibermaksudmengetahuipengaruhkeselamatankesehatan kerja (K3) dan disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT. Pacific Global Utama DesaTanjung Lalang Kabupaten Muara Enim baik secara simultan maupun parsial. SeluruhkaryawanPT.PacificGlobalUtama menjadi populasi penelitian. Jumlah sampel sebanyak 61 respoden dengan random sampling sebagai teknikpengambilansampel. Sumber data adalah primer dan kuisioner sebagai teknik pengumpulan data. SkalapengukuranmenggunakanSkalaLikert. Teknik uji coba instrumen penelitin adalah uji validitas dan reliabilitas. Teknikanalisis data terdiri dari uji asumsi klasik, analisis regresi linier berganda,analisiskoefisiendeterminasi,dan ujihipotesis.Hasilpenelitianmenunjukkansecarasimultan keselamatan kesehatan kerja dan disiplin kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, secara parsialkeselamatankesehatankerjaberpengaruh tidaksignifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan dan secara parsial disiplin kerja berpengaruh signifikanterhadapkinerjakaryawan.

This study aims to determine the effect of accopational health safety and work discipline on employee performance at PT. Pacific Global Utama Tanjung Lalang Muara Enim., either simultaneously or partially. The population of this study were all employees of PT Pacific Global Utama. The number of samples as many as 61 respondents with random sampling asa a sampling technique. Sources of data are primary and questionnaires as data collection techniques. The measurement scale uses a Likert scale. The test technique of the research instrument is the validity and reliability test. The data analysis technique consisted of classical assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis, coefficient of determination analysis, and hypothesis testing. The results showed that simultaneously occupational heath safety and work dicipline had a significant effect on employee performance, partially occupational health safety had an isignificant effect on employee performance and partially word dicipline had a significant effect on employee performance.
