Populasi yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini ialah Laporan Realisasi Anggaran Provinsi di Sumatera dan Jawa periode 2018-2022. Sampel yang diperoleh sebanyak 15 provinsi dari 16 provinsi yang ada di Sumatera dan Jawa. Data yang telah dikumpulkan dianalisis menggunakan metode analisis statistik deskriptif, analisis regresi data panel, uji asumsi klasik, dan uji hipotesis. Analisis data menggunakan aplikasi Eviews 12. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Pendapatan Asli Daerah dan Belanja Modal secara parsial berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja keuangan Pemerintah Daerah, Dana Alokasi Umum secara parsial tidak berpengaruh terhadap Kinerja Keuangan Pemerintah Daerah. Pendapatan Asli Daerah, Dana Alokasi Umum, dan Belanja Modal secara simultan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja Keuangan Pemerintah Daerah.</p> <p><strong>Kata Kunci</strong>: Pendapatan Asli Daerah, Dana Alokasi Umum, Belanja Modal, Kinerja Keuangan Pemerintah Daerah.</p> <p> </p> <p><strong><em>ABSTRAC</em></strong><strong><em>T</em></strong></p> <p> </p> <p><em>This research was conducted with the aim of identifying the influence of local original income, general allocation funds and capital expenditure on the financial performance of regional governments in Sumatra and Java. The population used in this research is the Provincial Budget Realization Report in Sumatra and Java for the 2018-2022 period. The samples obtained were 15 provinces from 16 provinces in Sumatra and Java. The data that has been collected is analyzed using descriptive statistical analysis methods, panel data regression analysis, classical assumption tests, and hypothesis testing. Data analysis uses the Eviews 12 application. The results of this research show that Regional Original Income and Capital Expenditures partially have a positive and significant effect on the financial performance of the Regional Government, while the General Allocation Fund partially has no effect on the Financial Performance of the Regional Government. Kereta Api Indonesia (Persero) Divre III Palembang. Pertanyaan mendasar dalam penelitian ini adalah apakah ada pengaruh antara kompensasi dan <em>stress</em> kerja terhadap kepuasan kerja. Metodologi yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah teknik kuantitatif dengan mengumpulkan informasi menggunakan kuisioner. Pengujian dilakukan dengan metode Slovin dan stratified sampling, dengan pembagian responden di masing-masing unit kerja. Jumlah total responden adalah 69 perhitungan menggunakan teknik Slovin. Hasil dari uji hipotesis menunjukkan bahwa secara keseluruhan ada pengaruh antara kompensasi dan <em>stress</em> kerja terhadap kepuasan kerja di PT. Kereta Api Indonesia (Persero) Divre III Palembang. Secara lebih tegas, terdapat pengaruh antara kompensasi terhadap <em>stress</em> kerja dan demikian pula pengaruh antara <em>stress</em> kerja terhadap kepuasan kerja. Nilai kepentingan yang didapat adalah 0,00 di bawah 0,05, sehingga sangat mungkin beralasan bahwa ada dampak yang sangat besar. Kereta Api Indonesia (Persero) Divre III Palembang. The basic question in this study is whether there is an influence between compensation andstress work on job satisfaction. The methodology used in this study is a quantitative technique by collecting information using a questionnaire. Tests were carried out using the Slovin method and stratified sampling, with the distribution of respondents in each work unit. The total number of respondents is 69 calculations using the Slovin technique. The results of the hypothesis test show that overall there is an influence between compensation andstress work on job satisfaction at PT. Kereta Api Indonesia (Persero) Divre III Palembang. More explicitly, there is an influence between compensation onstress work and so is the influence betweenstress work on job satisfaction. The importance value obtained is 0.00 below 0.05, so it is very possible to reason that there is a very large impact. Dengan pengaplikasian statistic deskriptif menggunakan data kuantitatif dan SEM (<em>Structural Equation Model</em>) dan aplikasi Smart PLS Versi 4, dengan jumlah sampel 83 orang Karyawan Hotel Batiqa Palembang. Ditemukan Adanya pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan antara kepuasan kerja terhadap disiplin kerja, kepuasan kerja terhadap komitmen organisasi, komitmen organisasi terhadp disiplin kerja, dan kepuasan kerja terhadap disiplin kerja melalui komitmen organisasi. Terdapat pengaruh positif dan tidak signifikan kompetensi terhadap disiplin kerja dan kompetensi terhadap disiplin kerja melalui komitmen organisasi.</p> <p><strong>Kata Kunci</strong>: Kompetensi, Kepuasan kerja, Komitmen Organisasi, Disiplin kerja</p> <p> </p> <h1>ABSTRACT</h1> <p><em> </em></p> <p><em>This study aims to obtain empirical evidence of the influence of competence on work discipline, job satisfaction on work discipline, competence on organizational commitment, work satisfaction on organizational commitment, organizational commitment on work discipline, competence on work discipline through organizational commitment, and job satisfaction on work discipline through organizational commitment. This study used descriptive statistics with quantitative data and SEM (Structural Equation Model) with the Smart PLS Version 4 application, with a sample size of 83 employees of the Batiqa Hotel Palembang. It was found that there was a positive and significant influence between job satisfaction on work discipline, job satisfaction on organizational commitment, organizational commitment on work discipline, and job satisfaction on work discipline through organizational commitment.
