The type of research used is qualitative research with a descriptive method. This study has a uniqueness, namely that usually character formation is only through civic education subjects, but in this study character formation is carried out through the profile values of Pancasila students. The results of this study show that the inculcation of Pancasila student profile values in the formation of student character is carried out through divinity and piety programs, namely dhuha prayers, memorization of surah and yasinan, work harvest programs, and mutual cooperation. This study is important to provide knowledge of PKn teachers in instilling the values of the Pancasila student profile to form student character. Therefore, with this study, it is hoped that readers, especially civic education teachers, can instill the values of the Pancasila student profile to shape the character of students. Thus, the implication of this study is that the research supports curriculum renewal by including activities that integrate Pancasila values more deeply. The curriculum can be expanded with practical projects and hands-on experience to reinforce the internalization of those values.
Dina IndrianiSyarbaini Saleh

https://jurnal.univpgri-palembang.ac.id/index.php/JMKSP/article/view/16355

This research aims to investigate the influence of Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) on firm performance, measured by Return on Equity (ROE). Additionally, the study explores the moderating role of CEO turnover in the relationship between ESG and firm performance in publicly listed companies on the Indonesia Stock Exchange, with a sample of 33 companies from 2016 to 2022. The GMM estimator method is employed to address endogeneity issues, ensuring consistent and unbiased estimation results. Findings indicate that overall ESG performance significantly affects firm performance, emphasizing the importance of implementing ESG principles in Indonesian businesses to enhance ROE. Other results reveal the pure moderating role of CEO turnover, weakening the relationship between ESG and firm performance. Therefore, proper planning and guidelines for CEO succession are crucial for improving firm performance and sustainability. The research results carry important implications for Indonesian companies to consider ESG implementation in their business strategies. Furthermore, CEO succession planning management is key to maximizing the positive impact of ESG on firm performance. This study contributes to a deeper understanding of how ESG factors influence firm performance in the Indonesian business context, highlighting the significance of executive leadership in managing these impacts.
Hertya Dwi AmeliawatiNur Dhani Hendranastiti

https://jurnal.univpgri-palembang.ac.id/index.php/JMKSP/article/view/16360

Multilayer testing is one of the non-standard testing methods that has the potential to be developed in the future, so it requires special validation of its results. In this study, validation was carried out using SAP 2000 software, focusing on the calculation of downward curvature that occurs under the concrete layer. The study was conducted on test objects in closed conditions with certain dimensions. The test results showed that there was a difference between the downward curvature values produced from multilayer testing and calculations with SAP 2000. The difference in downward curvature between the two methods was recorded at 15.29%. This difference indicates that more validation is needed to ensure the accuracy of the multilayer testing method in future structural applications.
Sabaruddin

The purpose of this study is to systematically review previous research on corporate morality, which is still under-researched. This research is to fill the literature gap and become a comprehensive understanding of corporate morality in the business environment. This study searched all publications examining corporate morality published from 1988 - 2023. A total of 13 studies from 23 articles were found from the Scopus database. This study found that corporate morality is the moral and ethical principles adopted by a company to direct its business actions and decisions. In addition, the findings of this study also managed to establish several factors that make up corporate morality as antecedents and impacts of corporate morality. However, this literature review only uses 1 database, namely Scopus, so further research can expand the scope of articles reviewed by using other data sources. This research contributes to helping academics and practitioners create more moral business plans.
Erika Fajar SubhektiErick Fajar SubhektiFiona Niska Dinda Nadia
