PENDIDIKAN DI ERA REVOLUSI INDUSTRI 5.0 TERHADAP DISIPLIN KERJA GURU

Abstract

Abstract— This paper aims to explain the impact of industrial revolution era education 5.0 on the discipline of teacher work that must be done in schools so that human resources produced by various educational institutions can compete and contribute globally. The author explains that curriculum development now and in the future must complement students' abilities in the academic dimension, life skills, ability to live together and think critically and creatively. Invisible skills such as interpersonal skills, global thinking, and media and information literacy. The curriculum must also be able to shape students with an emphasis on the STEM field, referring to ICT-based learning, internet of things, big data and computers, as well as entrepreneurship and internships. All of this can be created if the teacher has the competence to teach and educate the disciplined. Thus creating professional and responsible teaching staff. Because the teacher is one of the keys to success in the learning process.

Keywords— Education 5.0, Industry 5.0, teacher work discipline.

Abstrak— Makalah ini bertujuan untuk menjelaskan dampak dari pendidikan era revolusi industri 5.0 terhadap disiplin kerja guru yang harus dilakukan di sekolah sehingga sumber daya manusia yang dihasilkan oleh berbagai lembaga pendidikan dapat bersaing dan berkontribusi secara global. Penulis menjelaskan bahwa pengembangan kurikulum saat ini dan di masa depan harus melengkapi kemampuan siswa dalam dimensi akademik, keterampilan hidup, kemampuan untuk hidup bersama dan berpikir secara kritis dan kreatif. Keterampilan tak kasat mata seperti keterampilan interpersonal, berpikir global, dan literasi media dan informasi. Kurikulum juga harus dapat membentuk siswa dengan penekanan pada bidang STEM, merujuk pada pembelajaran berbasis TIK, internet of things, big data dan komputer, serta kewirausahaan dan magang. Semua ini dapat tercipta jika guru memiliki kompetensi mengajar dan mendidik yang disiplin. Sehingga menciptakan tenaga pendidik yang profesional dan bertanggung jawab. Karena guru merupakan salah satu kunci keberhasilan dalam proses pembelajaran.
