DISRUPSI INOVASI MANAJEMEN LAYANAN SEKOLAH

 Makalah ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan disrupsi inovasi manajemen sekolah yang diperlukan dalam layanan pendidikan di era covid-19. Efektifitas layanan pendidikan di masa covid-19 menjadikan pendidikan jarak jauh sebagai moda penyampaian ilmu dan kebijaksanaan. Akselerasinya akan semakin kuat dengan adanya layanan e-management yang didukung penuh oleh penggunaan teknologi. Diperlukan kompetensi baru yang lebih serius dari para manajer dalam penggunaan berbagai platform aplikasi yang menjadi disrupsi inovasi manajemen layanan sekolah. E-management sebagai disrupsi inovasi memangkas kompleksitas dalam manajemen siswa, guru, kurikulum, keuangan, fasilitas, dan hubungan sekolah dengan masyarakat dan terutama dapat menjalankan penyelenggaraan pendidikan di masa covid dengan suistanable. Rekomendasi untuk optimalisasi penggunaan e- management ini adalah diperlukan kepala sekolah visioner yang open-minded dan supporting staff yang paham ketatausahaan sebagai admin yang menjadi keyperson knowledge management ini.

 Abstract
 This paper aims to describe the disruption of school management innovations needed in education services in the Covid-19 era. The effectiveness of education services during the Covid-19 period made distance education a mode of delivery of knowledge and wisdom. The acceleration will be even stronger with the existence of e-management services that are fully supported by the use of technology. A new, more serious competence is needed from managers in the use of various application platforms that are disrupting innovation in school service management. E-management as a disruption of innovation cuts complexity in the management of students, teachers, curriculum, finance, facilities, and school relations with the community and in particular can carry out education during the Covid period with sustainability. The recommendation for optimizing the use of e-management is that visionary principals who are open-minded and supporting staff who understand administration are needed as admin who become the knowledge management keyperson.
