Abstract

Industri konstruksi, sebagai sektor ekonomi fundamental di banyak negara, memainkan peran yang sangat penting dalam pertumbuhan ekonomi dan pembangunan infrastruktur. Produktivitas tenaga kerja konstruksi menjadi kunci utama dalam menjaga efisiensi dan keberlanjutan proyek-proyek konstruksi. Oleh karena itu, penting untuk memahami faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi produktivitas tenaga kerja konstruksi agar dapat mengidentifikasi dan mengatasi hambatan yang mungkin timbul serta meningkatkan kinerja keseluruhan proyek. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mengidentifikasi faktor utama yang mempengaruhi produktivitas tenaga kerja konstruksi dengan pendekatan peringkat Relative Importance Index (RII). Melalui studi literatur sebanyak 29 faktor yang dikelompokkan dalam faktor buruh, manajemen, bahan dan peralatan, eksternal telah diidentifikasi sebagai faktor yang mempengarui produktivitas tenaga kerja konstruksi Penelitian ini juga mempertimbangkan persepsi manajer proyek yang terlibat dalam proyek konstruksi di Palembang untuk menjawab pertanyaan melalui kuisioner. Hasil analisis peringkat faktor dengan RII menujukkan bahwa pengalaman dan keterampilan buruh dalam kelompok faktor buruh mendapatkan rangking pertama dengan nilai RII 85.33%. Selanjutnya diurutan kedua sampai dengan kesepuluh sebagai berikut ketersediaan bahan dan peralatan (84.67%), pengawasan yang kurang (82.67%),perencanaan dan penjadwalan proyek yang buruk (82%), metode pekerjaan yang tepat (81.33%), kerja semula (rework)(80.67%), keterlamabatan bahan di lokasi (80.67%), ketidakhadarian pengawas (80%), kurangnya koordinasi dan komunikasi dengan pekerja (79.33%) dan pengawas yang terampil (78%). Kesimpulannya untuk meningkatkan produktivitas tenaga kerja dalam konstruksi, perusahaan harus memperhatikan semua aspek yang terkait dengan faktor-faktor tersebut. Dengan pendekatan yang komprehensif terhadap semua aspek ini, perusahaan dapat meningkatkan efisiensi dan hasil akhir proyek konstruksi
