PENGARUH METODE RANGKAIAN BERMAIN TERHADAP KETERAMPILAN DASAR OLAHRAGA PANAHAN SISWA EKTRAKULIKULER SIT (SEKOLAH ISLAM TERPADU) AULADI PALEMBANG

Abstrak
Berdasarkan pengamatan penulis di lapangan ditemukan bahwa masih rendahnya keterampilan dasar siswa ektrakulikuler siswa SIT Auladi Palembang. Rendahnya kemampuan ini diduga disebabkan penggunaan metode latihan yang kurang tepat yang diberikan oleh pelatih dalam pembinaan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengungkap pengaruh latihan menggunakan metode rangkaian bermain terhadap keterampilan dasar olahraga panahan. Jenis penelitian ini termasuk dalam kategori penelitian eksperimen semu. Populasi penelitian ini sejumlah 34 orang, sedangkan sampel ditetapkan secara purposive sampling sehingga diperoleh sampel sebanyak 20 orang pemain putra. Data diperoleh melalui tes teknik dasar dalam satuan angka. Sedangkan analisis data menggunakan teknik uji beda (uji t). Hasil analisis data menunjukkan bahwa latihan menggunakan metode rangkaian bermain berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap peningkatan keterampilan dasar olahraga panahan siswa ektrakulikuler SIT Auladi Palembang dimana thitungï¹¥ttabel= 11.49 > 1,729
