The Effect of Extensive Interval Method Training On The VOMax Capacity Soccer Player

Berdasarkan pengamatan di lapangan, terlihat bahwa kapasitas VO2Max PS. Pemain sepak bola Putra Koto Mambang masih rendah. Hal ini dimungkinkan karena metode latihan yang kurang tepat digunakan oleh pelatih dalam proses latihan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat pengaruh metode interval latihan ekstensif terhadap kapasitas VO2max PS. Pemain sepak bola Putra Koto Mambang. Metode penelitian ini adalah kuasi eksperimental dengan rancangan one group pre test-post test design . Populasi penelitian ini adalah 24 orang, sedangkan sampel diambil secara purposive sampling sehingga diperoleh sampel sebanyak 12 pemain. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan melakukan tes dengan instrumen tes yang digunakan adalah Multistage Fitness Test (MFT) atau tes Bleep .Analisis data dan pengujian hipotesis yang digunakan adalah teknik analisis perbandingan dengan menggunakan uji-t dengan taraf signifikansi =0,05. Hasil analisis data menunjukkan bahwa: metode latihan interval ekstensif berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kapasitas VO2Max PS. Pemain sepak bola Putra Koto Mambang, dengan koefisien t hitung yang diperoleh (9,36) lebih besar dari t tabel (1,796)References
