Water ski and wakeboarding are water sports that require a combination of physical strength, endurance, flexibility, and agility to support optimal performance. Therefore, understanding the ideal physical components is very important in supporting the success of athletes in national competitions. This study uses a quantitative descriptive method involving 20 water ski and wakeboard athletes from DKI Jakarta. Physical measurements were carried out using standardized instruments, including anthropometric measurements (height, weight, BMI, chest circumference, waist, and body fat percentage), muscle strength (dynamometer and push up), cardiovascular endurance (Cooper test), flexibility (sit and reach test), and speed and agility (shuttle run and 30-meter sprint). The data obtained were analyzed descriptively to determine the mean, standard deviation, and distribution of each physical component measured. The results show that water skiers and wakeboards have a distinctive physical profile, where arm and leg muscle strength, good cardiovascular endurance, and high flexibility are the main factors that support their performance. The average BMI of athletes is in the ideal category, with a low percentage of body fat. This behavior is not just a joke or prank, but an emotional wound that can leave deep scars for life. In Indonesia, bullying cases are still a serious problem, with data from the Indonesian Child Protection Commission and the Indonesian Teachers Union Federation showing a significant increase from 2020 to 2023. In 2023, the highest percentage of bullying cases was recorded at the junior high school level. This situation confirms that bullying cases continue to increase and require a quick response and collaboration from various parties to prevent it. This study aims to explore the effect of an innovative model that integrates the Numbered Head Together (NHT) cooperative learning model with an audiovisual-based reciprocal teaching style in minimizing bullying behavior in male and female students. The method used was a pre-experiment with a one-group pretest-posttest design. A total of 30 students from one class VIII became the research sample. Data collection used a questionnaire based on the Olweus Bully/Victim Questionnaire (OBVQ) consisting of 23 items, covering three dimensions of bullying, namely verbal (8 items), physical (7 items), and non-verbal/non-physical (8 items). Descriptive analysis, prerequisite tests (normality and homogeneity), and parametric paired sample t-test. The results of the study showed that the descriptive analysis and Paired Sample T-Test showed that the intervention given was effective in reducing bullying behavior in male and female students. A more significant decrease occurred in male students, who were likely more responsive to the intervention than female students. One of the contributing factors to this decline is inadequate knowledge and attitudes regarding dietary patterns and nutritional status, which can negatively effect athletes' performance and consequently their achievements. Therefore, preventive efforts are needed, such as nutrition education that involves and stimulates curiosity through BOMAZIGA (Booklet Mahir Gizi Olahraga). This study aims to investigate the effect of nutrition education through the BOMAZIGA game on the knowledge and attitudes of football athletes in Palembang City. The research method used was a Quasi-Experimental design with a pre-test post-test control group approach, involving 80 respondents, consisting of 40 participants in the treatment group and 40 in the control group. Purposive sampling was employed to select the sample. The variables studied were knowledge and attitudes based on pre-test and post-test scores. The effect analysis was conducted using the Wilcoxon test and Mann-Whitney test. The results of the study indicated a significant improvement in knowledge about dietary patterns and nutritional status by 95.2% and a positive attitude improvement of 81% after the intervention. The Wilcoxon test for knowledge and attitudes showed p = 0.000 (p < 0.05), indicating a significant difference before and after the intervention. The Mann-Whitney test showed p = 0.000 (p < 0.05), suggesting that nutrition education using the BOMAZIGA media had an effect on both knowledge and attitudes of athletes. The BOMAZIGA game proved to be an effective tool for improving knowledge and attitudes regarding dietary patterns and nutritional status, making it an efficient educational medium for delivering information to athletes.

Keywords: Football Athletes, Nutritional Education, Knowledge, Attitudes, Booklet
2025-01-29T00:00:00+00:00 Copyright (c) 2025 Fadhilah Nur Arafah, Indah Purnama Sari, Ditia Fitri Arinda https://jurnal.univpgri-palembang.ac.id/index.php/hon/article/view/16946 Evaluation of The Achievement Development of The Sepak Takraw Sports Branch at The PSTI in Gresik Regency 2024-11-04T04:45:49+00:00 Mohammad Muhyi muhyi@unipasby.ac.id Luqmanul Hakim luqmanulhakim@unipasby.ac.id Moh. However, the relationship between these factors and VO₂max in soccer athletes remains unclear. This study aims to analyze the correlation between dietary patterns, nutritional status, body composition, and VO₂max in soccer athletes in Palembang. The research utilized an analytical survey with a cross-sectional design, involving 31 male athletes aged 15–22 years selected through purposive sampling. Data collection included anthropometric measurements, Bioelectrical Impedance Analysis (BIA), and the Semi-Quantitative Food Frequency Questionnaire (SQ-FFQ). Statistical analysis was conducted using the chi-square test to evaluate the relationship between independent variables and VO₂max. The results revealed significant correlations between muscle mass, carbohydrate intake, and protein intake with VO₂max (p < 0.05). Athletes with higher muscle mass and adequate carbohydrate and protein intake were more likely to achieve better VO₂max performance. Conversely, variables such as body fat percentage, energy intake, and fat intake showed no significant correlation with VO₂max (p > 0.05). These findings highlight the importance of optimizing muscle mass and maintaining a balanced diet, particularly adequate carbohydrate and protein intake, to enhance aerobic capacity in soccer athletes. Further research with larger sample sizes and controlled designs is recommended to validate these findings.
2025-01-29T00:00:00+00:00 Copyright (c) 2025 Febi Ananta Indah Cahyani, Indah Purnama Sari, Ditia Fitri Arinda https://jurnal.univpgri-palembang.ac.id/index.php/hon/article/view/16321 The Effect of Plyometric Exercises (Jumping Lunges and Squat Jump) on Hapkido Dollyo Chagi's Kick Power Central Lampung Hapkido Athletes 2024-07-26T00:52:36+00:00 Reza Jasindo Putra rezajasendo@gmail.com Surisman surisman.1962@fkip.unila.ac.id Candra Kurniawan rajhencandra@gmail.com Fransiskus Nurseto setobabe@yahoo.co.id
This study aims to determine the effect of plyometric training (jumping lunges and squat jumps) on the kick power of hapkido dollyo chagi Central Lampung hapkido athletes.
