A thorough technique was used, including systematic sampling, to choose 30 individuals. Applying inclusion and exclusion criteria ensured homogeneity. Demographic attributes such as age, height, weight, and BMI were painstakingly documented, resulting in a complete profile. The study methodology used a one-way analysis of variance (ANOVA) to compare pain levels, as evaluated by the Numerical Rating Scale (NRS), across various therapies. The data collection process included evaluations conducted before and after the intervention, which allowed for a comprehensive evaluation of the effectiveness of Kinesio taping. The paired sample t-test demonstrated a statistically significant reduction in pain levels (p = 0.001*), providing evidence to support the notion that Kinesio taping is a useful method for alleviating pain associated with plantar fasciitis. Despite the positive results, Johnson et al. (2020) expressed doubt, and the discussion acknowledges this by highlighting the impact of methodological variations and participant variables on the inconsistent results. The research promotes the use of established techniques, subgroup analyses, and thorough assessment methods to improve the dependability of results and resolve conflicting conclusions. Ultimately, this study provides significant knowledge on the possibility of Kinesio taping as a non-invasive treatment for plantar fasciitis. The favorable results emphasize its effectiveness, but a cautious interpretation is maintained, advocating for more study to get a more nuanced comprehension.
2023-12-22T00:00:00+00:00 Copyright (c) 2023 Iit Selviani, Ilham Ilham, Ardo Okilanda, Anggun Permata Sari, Randi Kurniawan, Silvio Crisari, Arisman Arisman https://jurnal.univpgri-palembang.ac.id/index.php/hon/article/view/13922 Development of A Digital Underhand Pass Test Tool Based on an Android Application 2023-12-16T10:53:43+00:00 Fatma Setya Handayani fatmasetya423@gmail.com Hartati Hartati hartati@fkip.unsri.ac.id Samsul Azhar samsulazhar35@gmail.com Herri Yusfi herriyusfi@fkip.unsri.ac.id Wahyu Indra Bayu wahyu.indra@fkip.unsri.ac.id
This research aims to produce a digital lower passing test tool based on an Android application at SMP Negeri 55 Palembang. The method used is the correlation method. The population is the projected 21 Aceh-North Sumatra PON athletes. The sample was taken from the total population, namely 21 athletes. Data collection uses psychological tests, namely mental toughness psychological tests before being connected to variables, and mental toughness psychological tests after being connected to internal and external variables. The number of valid questions was 18 questions with a reliability level above 0.607 with a strong relationship. Data analysis is parametric analysis of partial and simultaneous correlation tests. The research results showed that several factors were found that interfered with athletes' mental toughness due to internal and external factors. The relationship between internal factors and mental toughness in South Sumatra Karate athletes is low because the correlation coefficient value is 0.103, while the contribution of implementation is 11%. The relationship between external factors and mental toughness in South Sumatran Karate athletes is strong because the correlation coefficient value is 0.607 while the contribution of implementation is 61%. There is a simultaneous relationship between internal and external factors and mental toughness in South Sumatran Karate athletes with a fairly strong correlation coefficient level of 0.569 with an application contribution of 59%.

2024-01-31T00:00:00+00:00 Copyright (c) 2024 Hengki Kumbara, Puput Sekar Sari, Rury Rizhardi https://jurnal.univpgri-palembang.ac.id/index.php/hon/article/view/14259 The Effect of Service Quality, Price Policy and Customer Satisfaction on Consumer Loyalty Star Fitness Center Palembang City 2024-01-03T05:39:24+00:00 Putri Cicilia Kristina putrick@univpgri-palembang.ac.id Endie Riyoko endieriyoko14051989@gmail.com Daryono Daryono putrick@univpgri-palembang.ac.id Bayu Iswana putrick@univpgri-palembang.ac.id
This research is motivated by the rapid development of business in the fitness industry, one of which is the star fitness center Palembang City which is one of the fitness centers that are in great demand by the public. As well as knowing the influence of speed and balance on the front thrust through the explosive power of the leg muscles. This study used the Path Analysis design or Path Analisys. The population is male athletes of Patbanbu Pencak Silat college in Pekanbaru City with samples using purposive sampling techniques. The results of the study from the regression analysis testing of structure 1 and structure 2 showed that there was a direct influence of speed on the explosive power of leg muscles by 26.4%. There is a direct effect of balance on the explosive power of leg muscles by 23%. There is a direct influence of speed on front kick ability of 23.4%. There is a direct influence of balance on front kick ability by 1.4%. There is a direct influence of the explosive power of the leg muscles on the ability of the front kick by 72.4%. Judging from the value of α 0.05, the direct influence of speed and balance on the variable explosive power of leg muscles is all significant because the P value < 0.05. Likewise, the variables of speed, balance and explosive power against the ability of the front kick are also significant because the P value < 0.05. Furthermore, the influence of the speed variable on the ability of the front kick through explosive power was 12.6%. While the effect of balance on the ability of the front kick through explosive power is 18.5%. So it can be concluded that the better the speed, balance and explosive power of the leg muscles, the better the ability of the front kick.
2024-01-30T00:00:00+00:00 Copyright (c) 2024 Riko Rikardi, Wilda Welis, Damrah Damrah, Nurul Ihsan
