Bone Regency itself is the area with the most stunting sufferers in South Sulawesi. Stunting is a condition of failure to thrive in five year old children, this occurs due to malnutrition or recurrent infections, especially in the first 1,000 days of life (HPK). The high rate of stunting was also noted by Riskesdas, that there were 9 million children under five experiencing stunting. As a result, many children are shorter in height and tend to be slow in thinking or do not receive optimal cognitive, motor and verbal development. This research was carried out in Mattirowalie, precisely at SMPN 9 Watampone, with the research subjects being 50 class VII students. The method used is class action (which is an examination of learning activities in the form of an action, which is deliberately created and occurs in a class together. This action is given by the teacher or with direction from the teacher which is carried out by students). The research object is Physical Education, Sports and Health. This research stage went through a pre-cycle and two cycles. The first cycle consists of the stages of planning, implementation (action), reflection observation. This research uses a qualitative approach. The results of this research are that in the pre-cycle phase, there was 1 female student who knew for sure, 8 female students who knew partially, 11 female students who were unsure and 30 female students who did not know at all what stunting was. After carrying out the first and second cycles, the results showed that there were 38 female students who knew for sure, 12 female students who knew partially, 0 were unsure and 0 did not know.
2024-12-09T00:00:00+00:00Copyright (c) 2024 Maria Herlinda Dos Santos, Rahmat Ilahi, Hezron Alhim Dos Santos, Endang Pratiwi, Sugirah Nour Rachman, Merianti Ansarhttps://jurnal.univpgri-palembang.ac.id/index.php/hon/article/view/17487Utilization of Front Roll Gymnastics Audio Visual Media to Improve Students' Learning Outcomes 2024-12-19T04:22:25+00:00Andi Mas Jayaa.mas.jaya.am@unm.ac.idHezron Alhim Dos Santoshezronsantos@unm.ac.idInce Nur Lindaincenurlinda@gmail.com
This study aims to improve the learning outcomes of forward rolls of class VIII A students of SMPN 1 Turikale Maros using audio visual media. Water ski and wakeboarding are water sports that require a combination of physical strength, endurance, flexibility, and agility to support optimal performance. Therefore, understanding the ideal physical components is very important in supporting the success of athletes in national competitions. This study uses a quantitative descriptive method involving 20 water ski and wakeboard athletes from DKI Jakarta. Physical measurements were carried out using standardized instruments, including anthropometric measurements (height, weight, BMI, chest circumference, waist, and body fat percentage), muscle strength (dynamometer and push up), cardiovascular endurance (Cooper test), flexibility (sit and reach test), and speed and agility (shuttle run and 30-meter sprint). The data obtained were analyzed descriptively to determine the mean, standard deviation, and distribution of each physical component measured. The results show that water skiers and wakeboards have a distinctive physical profile, where arm and leg muscle strength, good cardiovascular endurance, and high flexibility are the main factors that support their performance. The average BMI of athletes is in the ideal category, with a low percentage of body fat. Flexibility and speed are also important components that play a role in the success of athletes when maneuvering on water.
2024-12-25T00:00:00+00:00Copyright (c) 2024 Uzizatun Maslikah, Fahmy Fachrezzy, Iwan Hermawan, Masnur Ali, Gatot Jariono, Nurhidayat Nurhidayathttps://jurnal.univpgri-palembang.ac.id/index.php/hon/article/view/17538Efforts to Improve Learning Outcomes of Soccer Passing Through Game Modification 2024-12-21T05:11:39+00:00Andini Dwi intaniintaniandini@gmail.comGiri Prayogointaniandini@gmail.comRizky Hafidzulloh Mulyadiintaniandini@gmail.comReza Resah Pratamaintaniandini@gmail.com
This research aims to improve learning outcomes Football Passing Through Game Modifications. This class action research has systematic steps consisting of action planning, implementation of actions, observation and reflection. This research is collaborative and participatory because it was carried out by the researchers themselves and observed by colleagues other physical education teachers. Based on the analysis of research result and discussion in this thesis, then it can be concluded that: At the beginning of the observation, it showed that basically the results students football passing learning is still far from expected. From there were 39 students, only 12 students or 31 % of students managed to complete it their learning. This shows that their learning process needs repair. In the first cycle of research process, student have shown changes attitude in learning. From the data obtained, as many as 27 students or 69% students are able to achieve grades according to minimum completeness criteria. In the second cycle of research, of the 39 students who were research subjects, 34 students or 87% of the total number of students were able to complete their learning outcomes according to the KKM, some students have even exceeded the KKM. This is real that achieving the target learning outcomes of football passing through modification the game can be achieved well.
2024-12-29T00:00:00+00:00Copyright (c) 2024 Andini Dwi intani, Giri Prayogo, Rizky Hafidzulloh Mulyadi, Reza Resah Pratamahttps://jurnal.univpgri-palembang.ac.id/index.php/hon/article/view/17383.
