Karir menjadi aspek yang sangat penting dalam kehidupan seseorang. Setiap orang harus mampu membentuk dan mengembangkan karir mereka selama hidupnya. isu yang sering muncul dalam menentukan karir yang akan dipilih siswa adalah ketidakpastian dan stres yang sering menyertai mereka ketika mengeksplorasi dan membuat keputusan tentang karir mereka kedepannya. Adapun tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk melihat keefektifan metode RIASEC dalam membantu Siswa SMA memantapkan pilihan karir lanjutan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah literatur review dengan memanfaatkan artikel atau jurnal terkait dengan metode RIASEC, pilihan karir lanjutan.
