The population in this study was 612 with a sample of 37 students. This research uses a quantitative approach with a simple linear regression analysis method with the help of SPSS 25 to process the data. The data collection tools used in this research are the family harmony scale and the self-esteem scale, both of these scales use a Likert scale. The results of this research state that family harmony has an influence on self-esteem, where the higher the family harmony, the higher the self-esteem or self-esteem that students have for themselves. Karena subjek dalam penelitian ini diyakini telah mencapai kriteria yang diinginkan maka mereka dianggap sebagai subjek penelitian. Bahwa permasalahan mahasiswa akhir dalam kaitannya dengan dunia kerja adalah mahasiswa tidak yakin apakah pekerjaannya sesuai dengan ilmu yang diperolehnya atau tidak. Selanjutnya masih ada sebagian mahasiswa khususya di Prodi BPI yang kurang yakin akan kemapuan, keterampilan yang dimilki. Hal ini yang menjdi dasar peneliti untuk meneliti lanjutan secara kompehensip mengenai kesiapan kerja mahasiswa Prodi BPI pada stambuk 2020 di bidang Penyuluh agama Islam. Penelitian ini menggukan Pendekatan Deskriptif Kuantitatif. Populasi dalam Penlitian ini 127 Mahasiswa, Sample 88 Mahasiswa yang masih semester VII/Aktif. Teknik Pengumpulan data menggunakan Skala model Likert dengan lima alternatif pilihan jawaban. Teknik analsisi data dengan Analasisi deskriptif Hasil Penlitian ini menunjukan bahwa Semua indicator pada kesipan kerja berda pada ketegori Tinggi. Meskipun mereka aktif mencari dukungan sosial, kurangnya kemampuan mengembangkan strategi koping efektif terlihat dalam perilaku agresif. Pengalaman traumatis ini berdampak negatif pada prestasi akademis dan suasana hati remaja. Terdapat potensi pertumbuhan diri paska trauma (PTG) melalui pencarian makna dari pengalaman KDRT, dengan strategi koping kognitif dan keyakinan spiritual memberikan kerangka kerja positif. Meski demikian, penting untuk mengembangkan strategi koping adaptif guna meningkatkan kesejahteraan remaja dan menekankan perlunya pendekatan intervensi holistik. The general population in this study was 224 with an illustration of 152 students. This research uses a quantitative procedure with a clear immediate backslide analysis strategy with the help of SPSS 24 in taking care of the data. The data combination contraptions used in this research were a transformation of the self-control scale from De Ridder et al (2012) and a variation of the cheating behavior scale from Gardner and Kenneth (1988), in the two scales using a Likert scale. The consequences of this study express that self-control influences cheating behavior, where the higher the self-control an understudy has, the lower the cheating behavior finished by students or the reverse way around, the lower the self-control an understudy has, the higher the cheating behavior did by students. This study takes a phenomenological perspective while using a qualitative research methodology. The research subjects were two people with the following criteria: 1) Domestic violence victims aged 40-45 years, 2) Domestic violence victims who had been divorced for 5-10 years, 3) Domestic violence victims who had participated and received assistance at the Surakarta SPEK-HAM Foundation. Documentation, semi-structured interviews, and observation are the methods used to acquire research data. According to the study's findings, both participants exhibited high levels of self-acceptance. Psychological well-being can be interpreted as a condition in which a person feels comfortable with attitudes such as accepting oneself, purposeful, establishing positive relationships, independent, and developing This study aims to determine and describe the psychological well-being of students who experience broken homes. This research uses qualitative methods with a fenomenology study design. Participants were selected using purposive sampling techniques with characteristics of adolescence, the same grade level and coming from broken home. Participants amounted to three people, namely in the age range of 16 to 18 years. Collection of research data by means of in-depth interviews and participant observation. The results showed that the three participants had different aspects of psychological well-being. Remaja sangat mudah untuk terpengaruh oleh lingkungan pertemanannya. Remaja yang kurang mendapatkan bimbingan dan dukungan dalam kehidupan sehari-hari menjadi berani dan mengambil tindakan menyimpang untuk menarik perhatian. Bergam jenis kenakalan yang mungkin dapat terjadi pada remaja, salah satunya adalah merokok. Untuk mereduksi perilaku siswa merokok terdapat salah satu Teknik layanan bimbingan dan konseling yang dapat diterapkan guru BK kepada siswa, salah satunya adalah dengan melalu konseling teknik <em>self management.</em> Dalam artikel ini, peneliti menggunakan teknik literatur, penulis karya ini secara menyeluruh memeriksa referensi dan teori yang relevan dengan situasi atau masalah yang sebanding dengan yang diteliti. <em>self management </em>&nbsp;merupakan salah satu dari strategi tersebut. <em>self management </em>dipilih sebagai teknik modifikasi perilaku. Penelitian ini menggunakan Penelitian Tindakan Bimbingan dan Konseling (PTBK) dengan model spiral yang dikembangkan oleh Kemmis dan Mc. Taggart. Subjek pada penelitian ini adalah peserta didik kelas VII F sebanyak 32 siswa, yang memiliki kecenderungan perilaku prososial rendah. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan yaitu skala perilaku prososial dan observasi. Teknik analisis data dalam penelitian ini dengan menggunakan analisis deskriptif kualitatif dan kuantitatif. Hasil penelitian yang telah dilakukan menunjukkan bahwa bimbingan klasikal dengan teknik sosiodrama dapat meningkatkan perilaku prososial peserta didik. Hal tersebut dibuktikan dengan peningkatan skor pada setiap siklus. Hasil skor rata-rata dari skala prilaku prososial saat pra siklus sebesar 136,5, kemudian meningkat menjadi 150,6 pada siklus I. Pada siklus II meningkat menjadi 165 dan telah mencapai kriteria keberhasilan pada kategori tinggi yaitu berada pada rentang skor antara 153 sampai 204. Qualitative method with phenomenological approach. Data were obtained through in-depth interviews with three female beneficiaries and two social workers. Data analysis was carried out through data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. Source triangulation was used to ensure the accuracy of the data. The results showed that the women's program was effective in increasing Islamic religious knowledge, developing a love for the Qur'an, and improving the quality of worship of the female beneficiaries. The learning methods used include lectures, Q&amp;A, and discussions, with an emphasis on sensory-based learning, the use of Braille Quran, interactive media, experiential learning, Islamic-based character education, and psychosocial support. The program also has an impact on a deeper understanding of religious values and the application of religious practices in daily life.
