This type of research is an experimental research with a one group pretest-posttest design. The research sampling technique used purposive sampling with 6 students. Based on the paired test results, the t test sample showed the results that t-count (6.564) ≥ t-table (2.015), this shows that group counseling services, self-management techniques have proven effective in reducing the intensity of smartphone use in students. This research uses quantitative experimental research methods with a one group pretest posttest research design. The research sample consisted of 9 students taken using purposive sampling technique. The research instrument used a Likert scale model, which was then analyzed using the normality test and the Wilcoxon test. In general, the research findings explain that folklore-based group guidance is effective in developing junior high school students' self-identity. Specifically: 1) Students' self-identity before being given folklore-based group guidance based on data processing results obtained an average score of 55.4 so that based on the pre-test results it can be seen that students' level of self-identity tends to be moderate. 2). Students' self-identity after being given folklore-based group guidance based on the results of data processing obtained an average score of 77.1 so that based on the post-test results it can be seen that the level of students' self-identity tends to be high. The method used in this research is the Classroom Action Research (CAR) method in Guidance and Counseling. The subject of this study was a student of SMP N 2 Sewon Class VII who was taken by purposive sampling. This research was conducted in 2 cycles of stages with the administration of tests in each cycle. Data collection techniques are interviews and pornography addiction scales. The method of data analysis used quantitative descriptive data analysis techniques with standard deviation and percentage. The results of this guidance and counseling action research based on the results of pre-test, post-test I and post-test II on the aspects of onlien pornography = 34 (high) to 23 (quite low) to 18 (low); talking porn = 23 (quite high) to 17 (quite low) to 13 (low), and influencing factors = 50 (high) to 37 (quite low) to 28 (low). The results of data analysis obtained from this study indicate a reduction in pornography addiction after individual counseling services using cognitive restructuring techniques. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif dengan metode survei. Penelitian survei dilakukan dengan tujuan untuk memberikan suatu gambaran tentang sesuatu Pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan instrumen penelitian yang disebar secara online melalui Google Form di grup WhatsApss kelas. Intrumen ini yang terdiri dari 20 pernyataan yang memiliki 4 alternatif jawaban yang harus diisi oleh siswa - siswi. Kemudian dihitung dengan rumus presentase jawaban dan dideskripsikan menggunakan kriteria penafsiran presentase jawaban Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah keseluruhan siswa kelas X peminatan pemasaran di SMK N 2 Semarang dengan jumlah sebanyak 72 siswa dengan teknik pengambilan sampel yaitu sampling jenuh. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian ini tingkat kepercayaan&nbsp; siswa terdapat 8 siswa dengan kategori sangat rendah yang memiliki presentase 11%, 27 siswa pada kategori rendah dengan presentase 37,5%, 24 siswa pada kategori tinggi dengan presentase 33% dan 13 siswa pada kategori sangat tinggi yang memiliki presentase 18%. Hasil penelitian ini mengenai tingkat penyesuaian diri siswa kelas X SMK N 2 Semarang dengan sampel jenuh 72 siswa berasal dari peminatan pemasaran. The research population is phase F students of SMA N 1 Gunung Talang totaling 20 people, the sample amounted to 10 people with purposive sampling technique. The instrument used is a questionnaire, while for data analysis with percentage techniques and t tests. The results of this study indicate that 1) The description of students' nomophobia behavior before being given group guidance services using the role playing method is in a fairly high category. 2) The description of students' nomophobic behavior after being given group guidance services using the role playing method is in the low category. 3) Group guidance using the role playing method to minimize the tendency of nomophobia of students is effective before and</span><span class="s17"> after being given the service.</span></p> <p><span class="s17">Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan perilaku nomophobia sebelum dan sesudah diberikan layanan bimbingan kelompok dengan menggunakan metode role playing dan menguji efektifitas bimbingan kelompok dengan menggunakan metode role playing untuk meminimalisir kecenderungan nomophobia peserta didik. Jenis penelitian kuantitatif dengan metode eksperimen. Populasi peneltian adalah peserta didik fase F SMA N 1 Gunung Talang yang berjumlah 20 orang, sampel berjumlah 10 orang dengan teknik purposive sampling. Instrument yang digunakan adalah angket, sedangkan untuk analisis data dengan teknik persentase dan uji t. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengurangi <em>academic burnout</em> siswa dan memahami keefektifan pemakaian konseling kelompok pendekatan <em>solution focused brief therapy</em> (SFBT) guna menurunkan <em>academic burnout</em> pelajar di SMP Negeri 4 Kota Pasuruan. Riset berikut memakai desain pre-eksperimental berjenis <em>one group pre-test and post-test design</em> dan dengan teknik pemilihan sampelnya yaitu <em>purposive sampling</em>. Subyek yang dipakai pada riset berikut ialah sepuluh pelajar yang didapatkan sesuai hasil <em>pre-test</em>. Analisis data dalam riset berikut memakai <em>statistic nonparametric</em> dengan pengujian jenjang tanda Wilcoxon (Wilcoxon <em>Signed Rank Test</em>), yang diolah pada aplikasi SPSS 25 for Windows. Hasil analisis pengujian Wilcoxon dari hasil perhitungan bisa dibuat simpulan bahwasanya sesuai keluaran test statistik diatas dipahami Asymp.Sig (2-tailed) nilainya 0,005 lantaran skor 0,005 &lt; 0,05 maka bisa dibuat simpulan bahwasanya “Ha diterima”. Maknanya terdapat perbedaan diantara tingkat <em>academic burnout</em> saat <em>pre-test</em> dan <em>post-test</em>. Hingga bisa dibuat simpulan bahwasanya konseling kelompok pendekatan SFBT guna menurunkan <em>academic burnout </em>pelajar di SMPN 4 Pasuruan efektif. Kesimpulan hasil riset berikut memaparkan&nbsp; pemberian konseling kelompok pendekatan SFBT (<em>solution focused brief therapy</em>) efektif untuk menurunkan <em>academic burnout</em> pelajar. Selama ini, terapi musik telah digunakan sebagai salah satu media intervensi non-farmakologis yang efektif dalam mengurangi kecemasan. Namun, tidak semua jenis musik dapat memberikan efek relaksasi yang sama. Instrumen musik tradisional dapat menjadi alternatif yang menarik dalam penggunaan musik sebagai bentuk intervensi relaksasi. Analisis instrumen gending Banyuwangi sebagai bentuk musik tradisional Indonesia dapat memberikan informasi yang berguna dalam penggunaannya sebagai bentuk intervensi relaksasi untuk remaja yang mengalami kecemasan. Penelitian ini dapat menggunakan desain penelitian eksperimen dengan randomized controlled trial (RCT). Subjek penelitian adalah remaja dengan usia antara 13-18, yang terbagi 20 remaja sebagai kelompok eksperimen dan 20 remaja sebagai kelompok kontrol. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa musik Gending Banyuwangi sebagai media intervensi relaksasi berhasil menurunkan kecemasan pada remaja secara signifikan. In this phase, teenagers are very vulnerable to the influence of their peers' social environments. Lack of guidance and support from the immediate environment can encourage teenagers to dare to commit deviant acts to attract the attention of others. One form of juvenile delinquency that may occur is drug abuse. To face the challenges of drug abuse in adolescents, one approach that can be applied is individual counseling. This research uses a qualitative approach. The analytical method used in this research is the library research method. The analysis is carried out carefully, critically, and sharply so as to produce a synthesis that is logical and rational and can be tested. Through individual counseling sessions, teenagers can receive special guidance and support tailored to their unique needs and conditions in an effort to overcome drug dependence.</em></p> Laura Amelia, Moh.
