Setiap orang harus mampu membentuk dan mengembangkan karir mereka selama hidupnya. isu yang sering muncul dalam menentukan karir yang akan dipilih siswa adalah ketidakpastian dan stres yang sering menyertai mereka ketika mengeksplorasi dan membuat keputusan tentang karir mereka kedepannya. Adapun tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk melihat keefektifan metode RIASEC dalam membantu Siswa SMA memantapkan pilihan karir lanjutan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah literatur review dengan memanfaatkan artikel atau jurnal terkait dengan metode RIASEC, pilihan karir lanjutan. Dyscalculia is a learning disorder characterized by difficulty understanding numbers, operating arithmetic, and solving math problems. This research uses a descriptive qualitative method with a phenomenological approach. Data were collected through direct observation and in-depth interviews with grade III math teachers. The results show that teachers apply various strategies, such as individual and group counseling guidance, continuous assessment, creative learning methods such as icebreaking and learning through play, and the use of visual media to facilitate student understanding. The main supporting factors are the availability of learning facilities and the support of the school principal. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian eksperimen dengan desain penelitian one group pretest-posttest. Adapun dalam pemlihan sampel dilakukan dengan menggunakan purposive sampling dengan jumlah siswa 8 orang. Dari data pretest dan posttest menunjukan nilai rata-rata sebelum diberikan treatment layanan bimbingan kelompok teknik modeling simbolik adalah 87,25 yang termasuk kategori tinggi dan setelah diberikan treatment menunjukan penuruan dengan nilai rata-rata 48,75 Kemudian hasil hitung uji paired sample t test menunjukan hasil nilai signifikansi 0,000 &lt; 0,05 yang menunjukan bahwa pemberian layanan bimbingan kelompok dengan teknik modeling simbolik terbukti berpengaruh dalam mengurangi perilaku prokrastinasi akademik. This research aims to produce appropriate Monopoly on Emotional Intelligence (MONKESI) media based on expert assessments of materials, media and BK services, as well as testing its effectiveness in increasing emotional intelligence through classical guidance based on problem based learning. This research uses the R&amp;D method with the Borg and Gall model up to the sixth stage, namely the trial stage. The research instruments include scale validation test assessments, material experts, media and services. Data were analyzed descriptively qualitatively based on expert suggestions and comments and quantitatively using percentages of expert test results. The research results show expert validation as follows: material experts gave 84 points, media experts 95.45 points, and service experts 94.4 points. Monopoly Media for Emotional Intelligence (MONKESI) was declared suitable for use by students and BK teachers.
