Abstract

Banyaknya konten tentang pernikahan muda di platform Tiktok memicu diskusi publik di ruang digital yang sering kali berkembang menjadi ucapan kebencian di kolom komentar. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengidentifikasi jenis-jenis tindka tutur kebencian yang muncul dalam kolom komentar akun Tiktok @Azkiavee pada konten nikah muda serta mengulas kesesuaiannya dengan kategori ujaran kebencian menurut UU ITE. penelitian ini menggunakan metode dokumentasi terhadap tanggapan netizen pada kolom komentar dalam rentang waktu 2025-2026. Data dianalisis melalui pengumpulan, pengurangan, pengelompokkan, penyajian, penarikan kesimpulan. Temuan penelitian ini memperlihatkan bahwa tuturan kebencian di kolom komentar tidak hanya terdiri dari makian yang jelas tetapi meliputi penghinaan, pencemaran nama baik, penodaan terhadap nilai-nilai religius dan tindakan tidak menyenangkan. Penemuan ini menunjukkan bahwa perbedaan pandangan mengenai fenomena nikah muda mendorong netizen untuk menggunakan bahasa yang menyinggung dan beresiko melanggar norma hukum dan etika berbahasa dalam dunia digital. Penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Tiktok sebagai platform publik maya telah mengalami perubahan fungsi bahasa dari alat komunikasi yang sopan menjadi sarana untuk mengekspresikan emosi negatif yang sering kali mencerminkan kebencian pribadi.
