IMPLEMENTASI IN-HOUSE TRAINING DALAM MENINGKATKAN KOMPETENSI PEDAGOGIK GURU PAUD

Abstract : The weak pedagogic competence of PAUD teachers must be improved through strategies from the school principal. In-House Training (IHT) is used as a strategy that aims to improve the skills, knowledge, and attitude of teachers. The purpose of this study was to find out how the process of the In-House Training (IHT) strategy at RA Al-Barokah was and what the results of this strategy were. The method used in this study is descriptive qualitative with a case study approach to RA Al-Barokah. The results of the research show that the IHT process is carried out systematically and generates new motivation, skills, and knowledge for teachers.

Abstrak: Kompetensi pedagogik guru PAUD yang masih lemah harus ditingkatkan melalui strategi-strategi dari kepala sekolah. In-House Training (IHT) digunakan sebagai strategi yang bertujuan untuk meningkatkan skill, knowledge, dan attitude guru. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui bagaimana proses dari strategi In-House Trainig (IHT) di RA Al-Barokah dan bagaimana hasil dari strategi tersebut. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kualitatif deskriptif dengan pndekatan studi kasus pada RA Al-Barokah. Hasil dari penelitian menunjukkan bahwa proses IHT dilaksanakan dengan sistematis dan menghasilkan motivasi, kemampuan, dan pengetahuan yang baru bagi guru.
