PENGARUH MEDIA FLIP CHART TERHADAP KEMAMPUAN BERHITUNG PADA ANAK USIA 5-6 TAHUN DI TK AISYIYAH 11 PALEMBANG

Abstract

Abstrak : Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh media flip chart terhadap kemampuan berhitung anak kelompok B di TK AISYIYAH 11 Palembang. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif eksperimen. Metode pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah True Experimental Design. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa adanya pengaruh media flip chart terhadap kemampuan berhitung anak usia 5-6 tahun di TK AISYIYAH 11 Palembang dengan perolehan data hasil tes awal (pretest) pada kelas eksperimen menunjukkan bahwa kemampuan berhitung anak memiliki nilai rata-rata sebesar 42,18. Kemudian setelah diberikan perlakuan (treatment)menggunakan media flip chart, peneliti melakukan tes akhir(posttest) menunjukkan bahwa kemampuan berhitung anak memiliki nilai rata-rata sebesar 86,37.Dan dari perhitungan uji normalitas diperoleh bahwa hasil tes awal (pretest) dan hasil tes akhir (posttest) berdistribusi normal yaitu untuk data hasil tes awal (pretest) sebesar -1 dan data hasil tes akhir (posttest) sebesar -0,57. Nilai tersebut terletak antara (-1) dan (1), maka data dengan tes awal (pretest) dapat dikatakan berdistribusi normal. Kemudian hasil dari perhitungan uji homogenitas diperoleh bahwa nilai F_hitung = 1,304 dan F_tabel= 3,74 yang berarti bahwa F_titung ≤ F_tabel sehingga dapat dinyatakan bahwa varians-varians tersebut homogen, perhitungan dari uji hipotesis menunjukkan bahwa hasil dari perhitungan regresi Ŷ= a + bX diperoleh bahwa data hasil tes awal (pretest) sebesar 21,560 dan data hasil tes akhir (posttest) sebesar 22,632 yang berarti data hasil tes akhir (posttest) lebih besar dari hasil tes awal (pretest), hasil dari perhitunganuji-t diperoleh nilai t_hitung = 2,79 dan t_tabel = 2,12 pada taraf signifikan (α) = 0,05 (5%), yang berarti bahwa Ho ditolak dan Ha diterima.

This study aims to determine the effect of the media flip chart on the numeracy ability of group B children at TK AISYIYAH 11 Palembang. This type of research is experimental quantitative research. The sampling method in this study is True Experimental Design. The results showed that the influence of the flip chart media on numeracy skills of children aged 5-6 years at TK AISYIYAH 11 Palembang with the acquisition of data on the results of the initial test (pretest) in the experimental class shows that the ability to count children has an average value of 42.18. Then after being given treatment using flip chart media, researchers conducted a final test (posttest) showing that children's numeracy skills had an average value of 86.37. And from the normality test calculation is obtained that the initial test results (pretest) and final test results (posttest) are normally distributed, namely for the initial test results data (pretest) of -1 and the final test results (posttest) of -0.57. The value is between (-1) and (1), then the data with the initial test (pretest) can be said to be normally distributed. Then the results of the homogeneity test calculations obtained that the value of Fcount = 1.304 and Ftable = 3.74 which means that Ftable ≤ Ftable so that it can be stated that the variances are homogeneous, the calculation of the hypothesis test shows that the results of the regression calculation Ŷ = a + bX obtained that the data from the initial test (pretest) amounted to 21,560 and the final test result data (posttest) of 22,632 which means the final test result data (posttest) is greater than the initial test results (pretest), the results of the t-test calculations obtained the value of t = 2.79 and t table = 2.12 at a significant level (α) = 0.05 (5%), which means that Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted.
