Pengaruh Latihan Resistance Band Terhadap Kecepatan Renang 50 Meter Gaya Kupu-Kupu
Abstract
Peninjauan ini bermula dari kenyataan yang ada saat ini, bahwa kapasitas renang kupu-kupu 50meter peserta klub renang Fitt masih rendah. Hal ini ditunjukkan oleh kursus instruksional yang diselesaikan sebelum kompetisi renang sesungguhnya yang diikuti oleh peserta pemula. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh persiapan renang dengan memanfaatkan kelompok penghalang terhadap kemampuan berenang 50meter gaya kupu-kupu, Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian pra eksperimen. Teknik pengambilan datanya menggunakan tes kemampuan renang gaya bebas 50 meter. Subjek penelitian adalah semua atlet Fitt Swimming Club yang berjumlah 8 orang dipilih dengan menggunakan teknik total sampling. Penelitian dilakukan di kolam renang Fitt Swimming Club. Teknik analisis data menggunakan statistika inferensial dengan uji t pada taraf signifikan 5%. Hasil penelitian ini adalah terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan dari latihan resistance band terhadap kecepatan renang 50 meter gaya kupu-kupu atlet Fitt Swimming Club. Latihan tersebut dapat meningkatkan kecepatan renang 50 meter gaya kupu-kupu atlet Fitt swimming club, diperoleh hasil thitung = 14,714 > ttabel = 1,894. Jadi, Ho di tolak sedangkan Ha diterima.
