Efektivitas Penggunaan Multimedia dalam Pembelajaran Kebugaran Jasmani Peserta Didik SMP Negeri 5 Sipirok

Penurunan minat belajar peserta didik menyebabkan turunnya hasil belajar utamanya di masa pandemi covid 19. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji efetivitas multimedia pembelajaran dalam meningkatan pemahaman peserta didik pada materi kebugaran jasmani. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif jenis pra eksperimental dengan menggunakan desain One Group Pretest-Posttest. Multimedia yang digunakan telah diuji kelayakannya oleh ahli menggunakan angket validasi. Untuk instrumen penilaian hasil belajar peserta didik menggunakan pre test dan post test berupa pemberian soal kepada 21 peserta didik kelas VII SMP Negeri 5 Sipirok. Data yang diperoleh dianalisis menggunakan uji T (paired sample test). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa adanya peningkatan hasil belajar peserta didik sebesar 23,8 %, dari 64,4 % (pretest) menjadi 88,2 % (posttest). Nilai yang diperoleh menggunakan N-Gain sebesar 0,71, dengan kategori tinggi. Hal ini membuktikan bahwa penggunaan multimedia efektif dalam meningkatkan hasil belajar peserta didik pada materi kebugaran jasmani. Sehingga, multimedia dapat menjadi sumber belajar yang inovatif, kreatif dan efektif. Penelitan ini merekomendasikan penelitian lebih lanjut tentang pengembangan multimedia interaktif untuk pembelajaran pendidikan jasmani olahraga dan kesehatan tingkat SMP/MTS.
