Pengaruh Metode Latihan Plyometric (Jump To Box Dan Overhead Throw) Terhadap Keterampilan Jump Shoot Bola Basket Siswa SMA Negeri 3 Palembang

Berdasarkan analisis data hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan, bahwa latihan pliometrik efektif dalam meningkatkan kemampuan jump shoot. Berdasarkan hasil uji t pada perubahan skor (N-gain) pada kelompok treatment dan kelompok kontrol, terdapat perbedaan yang siginifikan pada perubahan skor kedua kelompok tersebut., dilihat dari perhitungan hipotesis yang mana thitung lebih besar dari ttabel, yaitu  thitung  =2.575≥ ttabel α 0.019= 2.262 . artinya Ho ditolak dan Ha diterima, yang berarti terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan antara peningkatan kemampuan jump shoot melalui  latihan pliometrik dibandingkan dengan latihan biasa. Hasil analisis deskriptif menunjukkan bahwa rata – rata N-Gain pada kelompok treatment adalah 60.8 %, sedangkan perubahan pada kelompok kontrol adalah 28.3 %. Dengan demikian dapat disimpulkan bahwa latihan pliometrik efektif untuk meningkatkan kemampuan jump shoot.References
