Monitoring Pengisian Tangki Fluida Cair Menggunakan Mikrokontroller Node MCU berbasis Aplikasi Blink

Filling liquid fluid tanks by humans has limitations to monitor it. it is necessary to design and realize a liquid fluid surface level detection system. The design of this detection device uses an ultrasonic sensor which can make it easier for humans to monitor the surface level of the liquid in the tank without having to be on the object being measured. The process of monitoring the liquid fluid tank level in a modern way is easier and faster to detect the liquid fluid level value compared to the manual method. The main tools and materials used to make this tool are MCU Nodes, Ultrasonic Sensors, and the Blynk Application. The process of making this tool aims to make work easier without having to check the tank because it can already be checked via the Blynk Application. The results obtained in using this tool are when the liquid fluid tank has reached 80%, the buzzer will sound to warn that the tank is full

ABSTRAK
Pengisian tangki fluida cair yang dilakukan manusia memiliki keterbatasan untuk memantaunya, maka perlu dilakukan perancangan dan realisasi sistem pendeteksi level permukaan fluida cair. Perancangan alat pendeteksi ini menggunakan sensor ultrasonik yang dapat memudahkan manusia untuk memantau level permukaan fluida cair didalam tangki tanpa harus ada pada obyek yang diukur. Proses pemantauan level tangki fluida cair dengan cara modern lebih mudah dan cepat untuk mendeteksi nilai ketinggian fluida cair dibandingkan dengan cara manual. Alat dan bahan utama yang digunakan untuk membuat alat ini berupa Node MCU, Sensor Ultrasonik, dan Aplikasi Blynk. Proses pembuatan alat ini bertujuan untuk dapat mempermudah pekerjaan tanpa harus mengecek tangki karena sudah bisa di cek melalui Aplikasi Blynk. Hasil yang didapat pada penggunaan alat ini adalah ketika tangki fluida cair tersebut sudah mencapai 80%, maka buzzer akan berbunyi untuk memberi peringatan bahwa tangka sudah penuh.
