Pelatihan Penggunaan Media Pembelajaran Interaktif untuk Meningkatkan Kualitas Pendidikan di Era Industri 4.0

Education in the 4.0 era requires the integration of cyber technology to develop critical thinking, creativity, and problem-solving competencies, as well as digital literacy. Although digital technology is available, its use in learning is still not optimal in many schools. This training aims to overcome the main barriers in the use of information and communication technology (ICT) and improve teacher competence. The event involved 20 teachers and used the Socrative and Canva apps, which support interactive learning. The results of the training showed an increase in teachers' understanding and skills in using this technology, as well as increased motivation for further exploration. The evaluation showed a positive response to the material and method of presentation of the training, as well as the relevance of the material to the needs of the teacher. However, there are technical challenges faced by some teachers, which can be overcome with intensive guidance. To ensure long-term impact, ongoing support and follow-up after training are required. This training provides valuable insights into how to improve the quality of learning through technology, and demonstrates the importance of continuous training for teachers.
