Pemberdayaan Komunikasi Fatayat Nahdlatul Ulama (NU) Melalui Pelatihan Blended Participatory-Experential Training

Kemampuan berbicara di depan umum bukan hanya keterampilan teknis, tetapi juga sarana untuk membangun kepercayaan diri, kepemimpinan, dan keberdayaan sosial terutama bagi perempuan yang aktif dalam organisasi kemasyarakatan. Kegiatan pengabdian ini bertujuan memperkuat keterampilan public speaking dan komunikasi formal kader Fatayat Nahdlatul Ulama (NU) melalui penerapan Blended Participatory–Experiential Training Model. Pendekatan ini menggabungkan partisipasi aktif dengan pembelajaran berbasis pengalaman, sehingga peserta tidak hanya menerima teori, tetapi juga berlatih, berefleksi, dan saling memberi umpan balik dalam suasana suportif. Pelatihan dilaksanakan di PCI Fatayat NU Kecamatan Rungkut, Surabaya, dengan metode lokakarya interaktif, simulasi peran MC, dan refleksi gaya komunikasi organisasi. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan peningkatan nyata pada aspek kepercayaan diri, kelancaran berbicara, dan kemampuan menyampaikan pendapat secara asertif. Peserta juga mengalami peningkatan dalam pemahaman etika komunikasi organisasi serta kesadaran akan peran perempuan sebagai komunikator publik. Kegiatan ini membuktikan bahwa model pelatihan partisipatif–eksperiensial efektif dalam menumbuhkan komunikasi yang humanis, setara, dan berdaya di lingkungan organisasi perempuan berbasis komunitas.
