Through workshops, teamwork simulations, and reflective discussions, participants gained practical insights into the importance of cooperation and communication. This study found that effective cooperation, supported by strong leadership, creates a more supportive educational environment for students with special needs. The methods used in this research were lectures and discussions involving teachers and school principals as participants to discuss the importance of teamwork or teachers in educational units, especially at SLB Negeri 1 Jayapura, in the teaching process.
