Submission Preparation Checklist

As part of the submission process, authors are required to check off their submission's compliance with all of the following items, and submissions may be returned to authors that do not adhere to these guidelines.
  • The submission has not been previously published, nor is it before another journal for consideration (or an explanation has been provided in Comments to the Editor).
  • The submission file is in OpenOffice, Microsoft Word, or RTF document file format.
  • Where available, URLs for the references have been provided.
  • The text is single-spaced; uses a 12-point font; employs italics, rather than underlining (except with URL addresses); and all illustrations, figures, and tables are placed within the text at the appropriate points, rather than at the end.
  • The text adheres to the stylistic and bibliographic requirements outlined in the Author Guidelines.

Author Guidelines

The following items must be presented in the manuscript:

One author has been designated as the corresponding author with contact details:
• E-mail address
• Full postal address

All necessary files have been uploaded:
Manuscript:
• Include keywords
• All figures (include relevant captions)
• All tables (including titles, descriptions, and footnotes)
• Ensure all figure and table citations in the text match the files provided
• Indicate clearly if color should be used for any figures

Further considerations
• Manuscript has been 'spell checked' and 'grammar checked.'
• All references mentioned in the Reference List are cited in the text, and vice versa

Title and Length of Articles

The title of the manuscript shall be no more than 15 words and shall reflect the contents of the manuscript. The manuscript must not exceeded the 30 pages included the references.

Abstract

The abstract must briefly state the purpose or crucial problem of the research, the main methods and results, and the main conclusions. Abstracts that are short, concise, and factual cannot exceed 250 words. In the abstract section, the author cannot include references and abbreviations that are not too important. If an abbreviation must be stated, the author is welcome to mention the description of the abbreviation for the first time. The authors must avoid repeating the writing of the conclusion section to rewrite it in the abstract section.

Brief Introduction describes the background of the research problem and objectives of the study.

Materials and methods are clearly described. New techniques and modification methods need to be described in more detail. The standard method simply include references.

Results and Discussion is briefly and clearly described. Results are presented using Table or Picture and are not repeated in text. Table is made one space with the same letter with text, no vertical line, super clip, illustration / picture sent as many as 3 pieces, one of which original must be sharp enough to be reproduced.

Conclusions are briefly summarized by considering the title of the manuscript, intent and purpose, and the results of the research. Suggestions are included if needed.

Acknowledgments

If any, acknowledgments are stated in a separate section at the end of the article before the reference. In this section, the author is welcome to include interested persons/agencies/institutions who have helped carry out the research carried out by the author, but the portion does not exceed the author's. Agencies/institutions that are funded by research funds can be included in this section. Authors are highly recommended to include the research grant number if an institution funds the research.

References

There are at least 15 references in the manuscript. The reference style used in this journal is IEEE (numbering style). Authors are strongly advised to use a reference manager such as Mendeley to make it easier to manage referrals. If possible, the author's name, article/book title, year of publication, book volume/chapter number and article number, and pages must be present in each reference used. The use of DOI is also highly recommended.  Authors will be asked to complete data on references lacking or missing at the proof stage to be corrected by the author.

Tables

Please submit the table as editable text and not as an image. Tables are placed in the manuscript right after the relevant text in the article. Tables are numbered and captioned. Give them sequentially according to the order in which they appear in the text. If there are notes, please place them below the body of the table (Note:..). Authors are not allowed to duplicate research results in tables and figures. The presentation of data must be clear and efficient. Tables should be made in a vertical direction as much as possible, but if this is not possible, they can be made horizontally on separate pages.

Figures

Please ensure figures included in a single file are placed after the relevant text in the manuscript, not at the bottom or top of the file. Appropriate captions should be placed just below the image. Make sure each illustration has a caption. Captions should include a short title (not within the image itself) and a description of the illustration. Keep text formatting in the illustration itself to a minimum but explain all symbols and abbreviations used. Please ensure the figures are in an acceptable format (TIFF, PNG, JPG, or JPEG) and with the correct resolution.
