Focus and Scope

JMKSP (Jurnal Manajemen, Kepemimpinan, dan Supervisi Pendidikan) publishing scientific papers, including bestpractices research, action research, evaluative research and innovative/development research in the course of educational management and administration, leadership, supervision, and science education.

Manajemen means management or administration can be found working in educational sector, governmental agencies, private companies, and not-for-profit organizations.

Kepemimpinan means leadership can be in educational sector, governmental agencies, private companies, and not-for-profit organizations.

Supervisi Pendidikan means educational supervision is a term used to identify the work duties of administrative workers in education.
