MANAJEMEN PERPUSTAKAAN SEKOLAH DASAR

Abstract


The purpose of this study was to determine the management of the North Indralaya 10 Public Elementary School library. Sources of data in this study were principals, teachers, librarians and students in North Indralaya 10 Primary School. Data Collection Techniques: 1) Observation, Interview, Documentation. Data Analysis Techniques: 1) data reduction, 2) data presentation, and 3) data verification. The results showed that of the four management components carried out by the North Indralaya State Elementary School 10 Library Manager it could be said to be good. It is known: 1) The management of the North Indralaya 10 Primary School Library in terms of planning can be said to be Good; 2) The management of the North Indralaya 10 Public Elementary School Library in terms of organization can be said to be Good; 3) North Indralaya 10 Primary School Library Management in terms of deployment can be said to be Very Good; 4) North Indralaya 10 Public Elementary School Library Management in terms of supervision can be said to be very good.
