Analisis Fasilitas, Keamanan dan Kualitas Pelayanan Terhadap Keputusan Pembelian Perumahan di PT Arumi Graha Cipta Palembang

ABSTRACT
This study aims to analyze facilities, safety and service quality of housing purchase decisions in pt arumi graha cipta palembang. The subjects of the study included 102 respondents. Quantitative approach used in this study through data source techniques, questionnaires and documentation. The analysis of the facility getting a value of 0.226 is positive which means that the better the facility provided by a housing company, the stronger the buying decision is proven to be correct. The security analysis got a value of 0.422 is positive which means that the hypothesis that reads The better the security provided by a housing company, the stronger the buying decision is proven to be correct. Furthermore, the analysis of service quality getting a value of 0.312 is positive, which means that the better the quality of service of a housing company, the stronger the buying decision is proven to be correct. Based on the results of the feeding study, it can be concluded that there is a positive and significant influence of buying decisions on indicators of facilities, safety, quality of service and buyer decisions.

ABSTRAK
Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah menganalisis kualitas fasilitas, keamanan dan pelayanan dalam keputusan pembelian rumah di PT Arumi Graha Cipta Palembang. Topik survei mencakup 102 responden. Pendekatan kuantitatif yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini didasarkan pada metodologi sumber data, kuesioner, dan dokumentasi. Analisis instrumental memberikan nilai positif sebesar 0,226. H. Semakin baik peralatan perusahaan perumahan, semakin kuat keputusan pembeliannya. Analisis keamanan menghasilkan nilai positif 0, 22. Hal ini membuktikan hipotesis bahwa semakin baik keamanan perusahaan perumahan maka semakin kuat keputusan pembeliannya. Analisis kualitas layanan juga positif dengan nilai 0,312. H. Semakin tinggi kualitas pelayanan perusahaan perumahan, semakin kuat keputusan pembeliannya. Berdasarkan temuan penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa indikator equipment, security, service quality dan purchase decision berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian.
