Pengaruh Lingkungan Kerja Fisik dan Lingkungan Kerja Non Fisik Terhadap Kepuasan Kerja Pegawai Pada Kantor Camat Belida Darat Kabupaten Muara Enim

ABSTRACT
This study aims to determine the analysis of financial incentives on the welfare of employees at the regional financial and asset management agency (BPKAD) in the province of South Sumatra. the method used in this study is a quantitative method with the number of samples studied were 95 employees. The data analysis technique used in this study is simple linear regression analysis, correlation coefficient analysis, coefficient of determination analysis and t test using the software program SPSS 22 for Windows. From the results of the t-test research that there is a significant effect between financial incentives (X) with a significant value of 0.000 <0.0, on employee welfare (Y) which means HO is rejected and Ha is accepted. So it can be concluded that there is a significant effect of financial incentives on the welfare of employees at the Regional Financial and Asset Management Agency (BPKAD) of South Sumatra Province.

ABSTRAK
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui analisis insentif keuangan untuk kesejahteraan pegawai pada Badan Pengelola Aset Keuangan Daerah (BPKAD) Sumatera Selatan. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kuantitatif dan jumlah sampel yang diteliti adalah 95 karyawan. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis regresi linier sederhana, analisis korelasi, analisis kepastian, dan uji-t dengan menggunakan program software SPSS 22 for Windows. Hasil penelitian uji-t menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan antara 4.444 insentif finansial (X). 0,0 untuk Imbalan Kerja (Y), , yaitu HO ditolak dan Ha diterima. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa insentif finansial berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kesejahteraan pegawai pada Badan Pengelola Aset Keuangan Daerah (BPKAD) Sumatera Selatan.
