Pengaruh Kepemimpinan Dan Motivasi Kerja Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan Pada LPP TVRI Sumsel

ABSTRACT
This study aims to determine the effect of Leadership and Work Motivation on Employee Performance at LPP TVRI SUMSEL. Employee Performance shows the influence between leadership and work motivation on employee performance. Thus, it is important for companies to know the extent to which independent variables influence employee performance as determined in accordance with the regulations applied at LPP TVRI SUMSEL.
The data used in this study were obtained from questionnaires and literature. The analysis technique used was multiple regression and hypothesis testing using the F test and t test. In addition, instrument testing techniques were carried out including validity and reliability tests. As well as classical assumption tests including normality tests, multicollinearity tests, and heteroscedasticity tests.
From this study it can be concluded that based on the results of statistical tests that the Leadership variable has a significant effect on employee performance, and the work motivation variable does not have a significant effect on employee performance. From this study, the adjusted R2 value was obtained at 0.346, which means that 34.6% of employee performance variables can be explained by the independent variables, namely leadership and work motivation and the remaining 65.4% is explained by other variables outside the equation.

ABSTRAK
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Kepemimpinan dan Motivasi Kerja terhadap Kinerja Karyawan pada LPP TVRI SUMSEL. Kinerja Karyawan menunjukkan pengaruh antara kepemimpinan dan motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan. Sehingga, penting bagi peusahaan untuk mengetahui sejauh mana variabel bebas berpengaruh untuk melihatkinerja karyawan yang ditetapkan sesuai dengan peraturan yang diterapkan di LPP TVRI SUMSEL.
Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini diperoleh dari kuesioner dan kepustakaan. Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah regresi berganda dan uji hipotesis menggunakan uji F dan uji t. Selain itu juga. Dilakukan teknik uji istrumen meliputi uji validitas dan uji reabilitas. Serta uji asumsi klasik yang meliputi uji normalitas, uji multikolinearitas, uji heteroskedastiitas.
Dari penelitian ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa berdasarkan hasil uji statistik bahwa variabel Kepemimpinan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, dan variable motivasi kerja tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Dari penelitian ini diperoleh nilai adjusted R2 sebesar 0,346, hal tersebut berarti bahwa 34,6% variabel kinerja karyawan dapat dijelaskan oleh variabel independennya yaitu kepemimpinan dan motivasi kerja dan sisanya yaitu sebesar 65,4% dijelaskan oleh variabel-variabel yang lain diluar persamaan.
