Pengaruh Pengalaman Kerja Dan Pengembangan Karir Terhadap Prestasi Kerja Karyawan Pada PT. Remco Palembang

This study aims to determine the Effect of Work Experience and Career Development on Employee Job Performance at PT. Remco Palembang. This research uses quantitative research methods, with a population of 331 employees at PT. Remco Palembang. While the samples in this study were 77 employees determined using the Slovin formula this was done to facilitate data management and for better testing results. Analysis of the data used is simple linear regression analysis, multiple linear regression analysis, coefficient of determination (R2), t test and F test. The results obtained by the simple linear regression equation value of work experience Y = 7.604 + 0.618, career development Y = 12.680 + 0.493, and multiple linear regression analysis Y = 5.920 + 0.449X1 + 0.211X2. The results of the determination coefficient R2 of 0.609 or 60.90% means that work experience and career development affect work performance by 60.90%. T test results of work experience obtained a significant value of 0,000 <α0.05, meaning that partially work experience has a significant effect on work performance. And testing the career development t test obtained a significant value of 0.006 <α0.05, meaning that partially career development has a significant effect on work performance. F test results obtained a significant value of 0,000b <0.05 meaning that simultaneously work experience and career development significantly influence work performance.

Penelitianinibertujuanuntukmengetahui Pengaruh Pengalaman Kerja dan Pengembangan Karir terhadap Prestasi Kerja Karyawan pada PT. Remco Palembang.Penelitianini menggunakan metode penelitian kuantitatif, dengan populasi sebanyak331karyawan pada PT. Remco Palembang.Sedangkansampel dalampenelitianini sebanyak 77 orang karyawan ditentukan menggunakanrumusslovinhalinidilakukanuntukmempermudahdalampengelolaan data danuntukhasilpengujian yang lebihbaik.Analisis data yang digunakanadalahAnalisisregresi linier sederhana, analisis regresi linierberganda, koefisiendeterminasi (R2),Uji t danUji F.
Hasil penelitian diperoleh nilai persamaan regresi linier sederhana pengalaman kerja Y=7,604 + 0,618, pengembangan karir Y=12,680+0,493, serta analisis regresi linier berganda Y=5.920+0.449X1+0.211X2. Hasil koefisien determinasi R2 sebesar 0.609 atau 60,90% artinya pengalaman kerja dan pengembangan karir mempengaruhi prestasi kerja sebesar 60,90%. Hasil uji t pengalaman kerja diperoleh nilai signifikan 0,000<α0,05 artinya secara parsial Pengalaman kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap prestasi kerja. Dan pengujian uji t pengembangan karir diperoleh nilai signifikan 0,006<α0,05 artinya secara parsial pengembangan karir berpengaruh signifikan terhadap prestasi kerja. Hasil uji F diperoleh nilai signifikan 0,000b<0,05 artinya secara simultan pengalaman kerja dan pengembangan karir berpengaruh signifikan terhadap prestasi kerja.
