The research design consisted of 2 variables, namely the service variable at the sub-district office (Y), the community satisfaction variable (X1). In this study the data collection techniques used were interviews, observations, questionnaires. For analysis techniques in testing hypotheses, namely qualitative descriptive analysis then quantitative, namely methods that focus on an existing problem starting with collecting data, classifying data, analyzing data and then drawing conclusions based on existing facts. Data analysis techniques using indicators- indicators such as reliability, responsiveness, assurance, empathy, and tangibility.

Rancangan penelitian terdiri atas 2 variabel yaitu variabel Pelayanan pada kantor camat (Y), variabel Kepuasan Masyarakat (X1). Dalam penelitian ini teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah Wawancara, Observasi, Quisioner. Untuk teknik analisis dalam pengujian hipotesis yaitu analisis deskriptif kualitatif kemudian di kuantitatifkan, yaitu metode yang memusatkan perhatian kepada suatu masalah yang ada dimulai dengan mengumpulkan data, mengklasifikasi data, menganalisis data dan kemudian mengambil kesimpulan berdasarkan kenyataan yang ada.Teknik analisis data dengan menggunakan indikator-indikator seperti keandalan,daya tanggap, jaminan, empati, dan berwujud.
