Pengaruh Gaya Kepemimpinan Transformasional Terhadap Kualitas Kerja Pegawai Yayasan Sinergi Sriwijaya Peduli Kota Palembang

ABSTRACT
This research aims to determine the influence of Transformational leadership style to the quality of work of employees at the Yayasan Synergy Sriwijaya City of Palembang. The population in this research is an employee who works at the office of the Synergy Sriwijaya Peduli Foundation which amounted to 31 employees and uses a saturated sampling technique, data analysis techniques using observations, questionnaires and documentation. The data analysis technique is a simple linear regression analysis, a coherestic correlation analysis, a coherient analysis of the determinations, the testing of the help of SPSS T test program version 24. A simple linear regression equation value can be obtained is as follows: Y = 2.094 + 0.759 X + E. Results of the analysis of the koefesien correlation of 0.772, located at a range of 0.61 – 0.80. This indicates that the relationship of Transformational Leadership (X) to the quality of work (Y) is very strong and results in the analysis of the result of the determination of R Square at 0.596 or 59.6% which means that the behavior of personnel can be explained by a variable of transformational leadership by 59.6%. While the rest (100-59,6%) 40.4% influenced by other factors that were not researched while the T test gained a significant value between the transformational leadership of the personnel working quality of 0.000 < 0.05 meaning that Ho was rejected and Ha accepted, it could be concluded that there was a significant influence. Therefore, the transformational leadership felt by the staff of the synergy of the Sriwijaya Cares Foundation of Palembang City showed a good qualification. It is seen from the aspects i.e. the ideal influence, motivation, intellectual and attention of the Director. Its purpose is for employees to continue to be comfortable and to improve the quality of its work on the foundation itself. From the results of the analysis of the results that the transformation of transformational leadership to the quality of work is indeed a strong influence.

ABSTRAK
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Gaya Kepemimpinan Transformasional Terhadap Kualitas Kerja Pegawai Pada Yayasan Sinergi Sriwijaya Kota Palembang. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah pegawai yang bekerja di Kantor Yayasan Sinergi Sriwijaya Peduli yang berjumlah 31 Orang pegawai dan menggunakan teknik sampling jenuh, Teknik analisis data menggunakan Observasi, kuesioner dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data adalah analisis regresi linear sederhana, analisis koefesien korelasi, analisis koefesien determinasi, dengfan pengujian Uji t bantuan program SPSS Versi 24. Nilai persamaan regresi linier sederhana dapat diperoleh adalah sebagai berikut : Y = 2,094 + 0,759 X + e. Hasil analisis koefesien korelasi sebesar 0,772, berada pada range 0,61 – 0,80. Hal ini menunjukan bahwa hubungan kepemimpinan transformasional (X) terhadap kualitas kerja (Y) adalah sangat kuat dan hasil analisis koefesien determinasi R Square sebesar 0,596 atau 59,6% yang berarti bahwa perilaku pegawai dapat dijelaskan oleh variabel kepemimpinan transformasional sebesar 59,6% . sedangkan sisanya (100-59,6%) 40,4% dipengaruhi oleh faktor-faktor lain yang tidak diteliti sedangkan uji t diperoleh nilai signifikan antara kepemimpinan transformasional terhadap kualitas kerja pegawai sebesar 0,000 < 0,05 artinya Ho ditolak dan Ha diterima, maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan. Oleh sebab itu Kepemimpinan transformasional yang dirasakan oleh pegawai Yayasan Sinergi Sriwijaya Peduli Kota Palembang menunjukan kualifikasi baik. Hal ini dilihat dari aspek-aspek yaitu pengaruh ideal, motivasi, intelektual dan perhatian Direktur. Tujuanya agar para pegawai dapat terus nyaman dan meningkatkan kualitas kerjanya pada yayasan ini sendiri. Dari hasil analisis didapatkan hasil bahwa Gaya Kepemimpinan Transformasional Terhadap Kualitas Kerja memang benar adanya pengaruh yang kuat.
