Pengaruh Belanja Daerah, Fiscal Stress, Efektivitas Pendapatan Asli Daerah Terhadap Kinerja Keuangan Pemerintah Kabupaten/Kota Di Provinsi Sumatera Selatan

ABSTRACT
This study aims to determine the effect of Regional Expenditure, Fiscal Stress, PAD Effectiveness on the Financial Performance of Regional Governments of Regency/City Governments in South Sumatra in 2019-2023. The population in this study was 17 Regencies/Cities in South Sumatra with a total sample data of 85 APBD Realization Reports of Regency/City Governments in South Sumatra. This hypothesis testing uses Multiple Linear Regression with the help of SPPS 26 software. The results of this study indicate that partially Regional Expenditure, Fiscal Stress, PAD Effectiveness have a significant positive effect on Regional Government Financial Performance. Simultaneously Regional Expenditure, Fiscal Stress, PAD Effectiveness together have an effect on Government Financial Performance.

ABSTRAK
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Belanja Daerah, Fiscal Stress, Efektivitas PAD terhadap Kinerja Keuangan Pemerintah Daerah Pemerintah Kabupaten/Kota di Sumatera Selatan tahun 2019-2023. Populasi dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 17 Kabupaten/Kota di Sumatera Selatan dengan total data sampel yaitu sebanyak 85 Laporan Realisasi APBD Pemerintah Kabupaten/Kota di Sumatera Sealatan. Pengujian hipotesis ini menggunakan Regresi Linier Berganda dengan bantuan software SPPS 26. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial Belanja Daerah, Fiscal Stress, Efektivitas PAD berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap Kinerja Keuangan Pemerintah Daerah. Secara simultan Belanja Daerah, Fiscal Stress, Efektivitas PAD secara bersama-sama berpengaruh terhadap Kinerja Keuangan Pemerintah.
