Abstract

Penelitian bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana Pengelolaan Sanggar Seni Serundingan Di Kota Lubuklinggau. Guna mendekati masalah ini dipergunakan acuan teori dari Georgy R. Terry mengatakan dalam pengelolaan harus mengetahui fungsi manajemen planning, organizing, actuating, dan controlling. Metode dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif yang besifat deskriptif. Data – data yang dikumpulkan melalui observasi langsung, wawancara mendalam, serta dilengkapi dengan studi dokumentasi. Dari hasil penelitian menyimpulkan bahwa Sanggar Seni Serundingan berdiri sejak tahun 2014 dikenal sebagai sanggar paling banyak diminati di kotanya. Dari perencanaan sumber daya manusia, perencanaan dalam keuangan, perencanaan dalam program kerja, perencanaan material, serta perencanaan dalam sebuah pemasaran, kemudian berlanjut pada tahap pengorganisasian, penggerakan dengan pengawasan pada seluruh anggota dalam menjalankan sebuah kegiatan. Dalam meningkatkan kualitas mengembangkan sanggar, Sanggar Seni Serundingan berkolaborasi melakukan kerja sama setiap tahunnya dalam segala perayaan dengan Dinas Kebudayaan dan Pariwisata juga Tim Kesenian dari berbagai daerah.
