Abstract

ABSTRAK

 

Peran mahasiswa Semester VII pada semester genap tahun ajaran 2018 adalah sebagai penata tari atau koreografer di dalam mata kuliah Garap Sanggit Tari dan Koreografi dengan capaian belajar mampu menampilkan karya tari dalam konteks pementasan. Beberapa proses penciptaan tari diawali dengan pencarian ide sampai tahap evaluasi merupakan serangkaian proses penciptaan yang tentunya hasil dari motivasi seseorang untuk berkarya. Modal mahasiswa agar mampu melalui proses pembelajaran tersebut adalah memiliki keinginan juga motivasi dalam menentukan ide kemudian dituangkan ke dalam serangkaian cerita dengan gerak sebagai visualnya. Motivasi bisa muncul di dalam diri mahasiswa sebagai pencipta tari dari berbagai rangsang. Yaitu rangsag audio, visual, dan rangsang kinestetik. Hasil penelitian ditemukan bahwa rangsang audio dan rangsang kinestetik sangat kontribusi terhadap motivasi dalam menciptaka karya tari melalui proses kreatifitas penetapan ide gagas garap sampai pada terciptanya sebuah karya yang siap untuk dipentaskan.
