Analisis Kelayakan Usaha Pendederan Ikan Channa (Channa pulchra) Menggunakan Pakan Alami Cacing Sutra (Tubifex sp.) dan Daphnia magna

Penelitian ini mengevaluasi kelayakan usaha pendederan ikan Channa pulchra menggunakan pakan alami (cacing sutra dan Daphnia magna) berskala rumah tangga di Kota Bandar Lampung. Penelitian dilakukan dari bulan Januari hingga April 2024 untuk menganalisis pertumbuhan, kesehatan ikan, dan aspek ekonomi usaha. Hasilnya menunjukkan bahwa pemberian pakan alami berkontribusi positif terhadap pertumbuhan ikan Channa dengan tingkat kelangsungan hidup mencapai 90%. Data anggaran laba yang didapat dari analisis kelayakan usaha ini sebesar Rp1.065.500,00 dengan Break Even Point (BEP) 112 ekor ikan per siklus produksi. Analisis keuntungan yang didapat adalah sebesar 28,9% dari total komponen biaya yang dikeluarkan. Analisis biaya produksi, overhead tetap, dan operasional menunjukkan pengeluaran yang terkontrol, mendukung keberlanjutan usaha pendederan ikan Channa. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dan analisis kelayakan usaha yang dilakukan, didapatkan simpulan bahwa usaha pendederan ikan Channa (Channa pulchra) menjanjikan secara ekonomi dan memiliki potensi keuntungan dalam usaha budidaya ikan hias.
This study evaluates the feasibility of Channa pulchra nursery using natural feeds (silkworms and Daphnia magna) on a household scale in Bandar Lampung City. The research was conducted from January to April 2024 to analyze growth, fish health, and the economic aspects of the aquaculture business. The results indicate that feeding with natural feeds positively contributes to Channa fish growth, with a survival rate reaching 90%. The profit budget data from the feasibility analysis amounted to Rp1,065,500.00, with a break-even point (BEP) 112 fish per production cycle. Profit analysis showed a return of 28.9% on the total expenditure components. Analysis of production costs, fixed overheads, and operational costs indicated controlled expenditure, supporting the sustainability of Channa fish nursery operations. Based on the research findings and feasibility analysis conducted, it is concluded that the Channa pulchra fish nursery is promising economically and has profit potential in the business operations.
