Screening Plagiarism
Plagiarism Screening
All manuscripts submitted to Parataksis: Jurnal Bahasa, Sastra, dan Pembelajaran Bahasa Indonesia undergo a plagiarism screening process using Turnitin to assess the originality of the submitted work.
The editorial team carefully reviews the Turnitin Similarity Report to identify textual similarities with previously published articles, books, conference papers, and other academic sources. Particular attention is given to proper citation, paraphrasing, quotation practices, and potential duplication of previously published work.
The similarity percentage alone does not determine whether plagiarism has occurred. Each report is evaluated contextually by the editorial team in accordance with the journal’s publication ethics and originality standards.
Authors may be asked to revise their manuscripts if inappropriate similarities, inadequate citations, or other originality concerns are identified. Manuscripts that do not meet the journal’s ethical and originality requirements may be rejected.
By submitting a manuscript to Parataksis, authors acknowledge that their work is subject to plagiarism screening as part of the journal’s editorial and peer-review process. The journal is committed to maintaining academic integrity, promoting responsible scholarly writing, and ensuring the quality and originality of published research.
