1. SCHOLASTICA  has moved to OJS 3 because OJS 2 experienced several technical problems. As a result, it had issues with its metadata: missing stages of the article before it was published, and doi submission problems force us to resubmit them.

2. To embrace the authors' submission for the publication,SCHOLASTICA would publish regurarly on March and September with at  least 5 articles.
