Author Guidelines
Author Guidelines
Jurnal Wahana Konseling (JUANG) publishes scientific studies and research results in the field of guidance and counseling, as well as the development of previously unexplored theories and scientific concepts. The journal includes:
- New information collections,
- Objective results from scientific studies, and
- Recommendations for relevant policies or practices.
Manuscripts must be written in correct and proper Indonesian. Manuscript length should be between 10–15 pages, on A4-sized paper, 1.5 line spacing, Times New Roman font, 12 pt size, with margins of 4 cm on the top and left, and 3 cm on the right and bottom.
Manuscript Structure
Title
The title should be concise, focused, and reflect the educational substance discussed in the article, with a length of 5–15 words. Main and subtitle titles are separated by a colon. The article title is placed 15 mm from the top edge of the page, in bold, title-case capitalization. First-level subheadings should be in all caps, left-aligned, and bold; second-level subheadings should be in title-case, left-aligned, and bold; and third-level subheadings should be in title-case, left-aligned, italicized, and bold.
Author Name
Author names are written without academic titles. Full names with academic titles may be included as a footnote on the first page of the article. The author’s institutional affiliation is also included as a footnote. If there are more than three authors, only the main author’s name is listed below the title, with other names in the footnote.
Abstract
The abstract provides a concise summary of the article content. For research articles, the abstract should include the research problem or objective, methodology, and results. The abstract is between 100–150 words, in a single paragraph, with an essay format, not enumerative, and single-spaced.
Keywords
Provide 3–5 keywords that represent the main ideas or concepts of the article. Keywords should be single words, not phrases.

Tables and Figures/Diagrams
Tables and figures should ideally fit on one page. Table numbers and titles are placed above the table in bold title-case, while figure/diagram numbers and titles are placed below in bold title-case. The contents of tables and figures are in standard font (not bolded).
