Indiktika: Jurnal Inovasi Pendidikan Matematika supports the responsible and transparent use of artificial intelligence (AI) in scholarly publishing. This policy applies to authors, editors, and reviewers.

1. Authors

Authors must disclose any use of AI tools in preparing their manuscripts through an AI Declaration. The declaration must explain the purpose of AI use. Authors remain fully responsible for the accuracy, originality, and integrity of their manuscripts. AI tools must not be listed as authors or used to fabricate data, results, or references.

2. Editors

Editors must protect the confidentiality of submitted manuscripts and editorial correspondence. They must not upload confidential materials to AI tools or use AI to evaluate manuscripts or make editorial decisions. All editorial decisions remain the responsibility of human editors.

3. Reviewers

Reviewers must maintain the confidentiality of submitted manuscripts and review reports. The use of AI tools to assess manuscripts, prepare review reports, or support peer-review decisions is prohibited. Reviewers must evaluate manuscripts independently based on their own expertise and judgment.

4. Policy Violations

Failure to disclose AI use or any misuse of AI may be treated as a breach of publication ethics. The journal may request clarification, require revisions, reject a manuscript, or take other appropriate action in accordance with its publication ethics policies.
