Peningkatkan Kemampuan Pemecahan Masalah Siswa Melalui LKPD berbasis PMRI

Kemampuan pemecahan masalah merupakan inti dari literasi matematika, namun tantangan dalam memahami konsep abstrak geometri sering menjadi hambatan utama bagi siswa. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan LKPD berbasis PMRI yang valid, praktis dan berpeluang meningkatkan kemampuan pemecahan masalah. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah Research and Development (R&D) dengan model pengembangan ADDIE. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui observasi, wawancara, validasi ahli, angket kepraktisan dan penilaian kerja siswa. Hasil validasi ahli menegaskan bahwa perangkat yang dikembangkan memenuhi kriteria kevalidan tinggi (skor rata-rata > 4.0). Uji empiris di kelas VI SD IBA Palembang (n=32) menunjukkan bahwa perangkat ini praktis digunakan, yang dibuktikan dengan peningkatan tingkat keterlaksanaan pembelajaran dari kategori sedang menjadi tinggi. Analisis hasil tes mengungkapkan peningkatan kemampuan pemecahan masalah yang signifikan, terlihat peningkatan proporsi siswa yang mencapai kategori penguasaan "sangat baik" dari 15,6% menjadi 31,3%. Temuan ini menunjukkan bahwa LKPD berbasis PMRI berhasil menjembatani kesenjangan antara konsep geometri abstrak dan konteks nyata, sehingga memberdayakan siswa untuk merumuskan strategi pemecahan masalah yang lebih sistematis.
