Management Reference

Authors are encouraged to use reference management software, such as Mendeley, Zotero, or EndNote, to organize citations and references in their manuscripts. All references must be cited consistently and formatted according to the journal’s citation style.

Authors must ensure that every source cited in the text appears in the reference list, and that all entries in the reference list are cited in the text. References should be relevant, up to date, and primarily derived from scholarly sources such as journal articles, books, and reputable academic publications.

The use of reference management tools is strongly recommended to maintain accuracy, consistency, and completeness in citation formatting.
