Transformasi Komunikasi Interpersonal Siswa Melalui Konseling Kelompok Berbasis Teknik Self-Talk

Penelitian ini mengkaji efektivitas konseling kelompok dengan teknik self-talk dalam meningkatkan komunikasi interpersonal siswa SMK BSI Palembang. Latar belakang penelitian didasari pentingnya keterampilan komunikasi interpersonal bagi siswa SMK sebagai bekal menghadapi kehidupan sosial dan dunia kerja. Metode penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan desain pre-eksperimental tipe one group pretest-posttest. Sampel terdiri dari siswa yang mengalami kesulitan dalam berkomunikasi interpersonal. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya peningkatan signifikan dari skor rata-rata pretest 66,2 menjadi 113,6 pada posttest. Uji normalitas dengan One Sample Kolmogorov-Smirnov menunjukkan data berdistribusi normal. Selanjutnya, analisis menggunakan uji Wilcoxon menghasilkan nilai signifikansi 0,043 (<0,05), sehingga Ha diterima dan Ho ditolak. Temuan ini membuktikan konseling kelompok dengan teknik self-talk efektif meningkatkan keterampilan komunikasi interpersonal. Implikasi penelitian ini memberikan kontribusi praktis bagi guru BK dan sekolah dalam merancang layanan bimbingan yang mendukung pengembangan soft skills siswa.
