Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui apakah program layanan dasar bimbingan dan konseling di SMP Negeri 3 Bringin sudah mengakomodasi semua konsep tugas perkembangan siswa. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dan jenis penelitian deskriptif analitik. Subyek penelitian terdiri dari satu Kepala Sekolah dan dua Guru Bimbingan dan Konseling. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah wawancara dan studi dokumentasi. Uji keabsahan data menggunakan triangulasi sumber dan triangulasi teknik. Teknik analisis data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan model Miles dan Huberman. Hasil penelitian ditemukan bahwa hanya beberapa aspek tugas perkembangan siswa yang terakomodasi dalam layanan dasar bimbingan konseling. Aspek tersebut adalah (1) landasan hidup religius, (2) landasan perilaku etis, (3)  kesadaran gender, dan (4) kematangan hubungan teman sebaya, dan (5) wawasan dan kesiapan karier. Sementara aspek perkembangan siswa yang belum terakomodasi dalam layanan dasar adalah (1) kematangan emosi, (2) kematangan intelektual, (3) kesadaran tanggungjawab sosial, (4) kesadaran gender, dan (5) perilaku kewirausahaan (kemandirian perilaku ekonomis).
