Conflict of Interest

ELTE Journal (English Language Teaching and Education) is committed to ensuring transparency, objectivity, and integrity throughout the publication process. All authors, editors, and reviewers are required to disclose any potential conflicts of interest that could influence, or be perceived to influence, their professional judgment, research findings, or editorial decisions.

Authors must disclose any financial, personal, professional, or institutional relationships that may affect the research or its interpretation. Such disclosures should be included in the manuscript at the time of submission. If no conflict of interest exists, authors should explicitly state that there are no conflicts of interest to declare.

Editors and reviewers must declare any conflicts of interest that may compromise their impartiality. Individuals with actual or potential conflicts must withdraw from the relevant editorial or review process, and alternative editors or reviewers will be appointed when necessary.

The editorial team is responsible for assessing disclosed conflicts and taking appropriate measures to ensure a fair, transparent, and unbiased peer-review and publication process.

ELTE Journal expects all parties involved in scholarly publishing to adhere to these principles to maintain public trust and uphold the highest standards of publication ethics.
