Pengaruh Stres Kerja Dan Konflik Kerja Terhadap Semangat Kerja Karyawan Pada PT. Agri Tirta Lestari Banyuasin

ABSTRACT
This study aims to determine the effect of work stress and work conflict on employee morale at PT. Agri Tirta Lestari Banyuasin. This type of research uses quantitative methods. The population of this research are employees at PT. Agri Tirta Lestari Banyuasin. The number of samples is 50 respondents. The sampling technique is saturated sampling. The instrument test uses validity and reliability tests. The analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that (1) work stress had a significant effect on morale, (2) work conflict had a significant effect on morale.

ABSTRAK
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh stres kerja dan konflik kerja terhadap semangat kerja karyawan pada PT. Agri Tirta Lestari Banyuasin. Jenis penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif. Populasih penelitian ini adalah karyawan pada PT. Agri Tirta Lestari Banyuasin. Jumlah sampel sebanyak 50 responden. Teknik pengambilan sampel adalah sampling jenuh. Uji instrumen menggunakan uji validitas dan relibilitas. Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahawa (1) stres kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap semangat kerja, (2) konflik kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap semangat kerja.
