Allegations of Research Misconduct
Jurnal Ampere is committed to maintaining research integrity and publication ethics. Allegations of research misconduct, including plagiarism, data fabrication, data falsification, inappropriate manipulation of research data or images, duplicate publication, and other unethical research practices, are taken seriously.
Reporting Allegations
Authors, reviewers, readers, and other concerned parties may report suspected research misconduct to the editorial team through the journal's official contact channels, providing relevant information and supporting evidence where available.
Assessment and Investigation
The Editor-in-Chief or an authorized editor will assess each allegation fairly, objectively, and confidentially, as appropriate. The journal may request explanations or supporting documents from the parties concerned and, when necessary, consult relevant experts or the authors' affiliated institutions. The parties involved will be given an opportunity to respond where appropriate.
Actions and Outcomes
Depending on the findings and severity of the case, the journal may reject a manuscript, request corrections, issue an Expression of Concern, retract a published article, or take other appropriate editorial actions in accordance with its publication ethics policies.
All allegations will be handled with due consideration for fairness, confidentiality, impartiality, and the integrity of the scholarly record, following applicable publication ethics principles and relevant guidance from the Committee on Publication Ethics (COPE).
