The Article Processing Charge (APC) of IDR 350,000 is charged only after the manuscript has successfully passed the peer-review process and has been formally accepted for publication. Authors are not required to pay any fee during manuscript submission or the review process.

The APC is used solely to support journal publishing activities, including editorial management, manuscript processing, copyediting, layout editing, DOI registration, website maintenance, and long-term online archiving.

Payment of the APC does not influence the editorial decision. Every manuscript undergoes a rigorous double-blind peer-review process conducted by qualified reviewers, and publication decisions are based solely on the scientific quality, originality, and relevance of the manuscript to the journal's focus and scope.

All published articles are made freely available to readers worldwide under the journal's Open Access policy, ensuring unrestricted access to scientific knowledge without subscription or registration fees.
