Optimasi Tuning PID Control Valve Aliran Cair Dan Kental Pada Sistem Pengendalian Flowrate Berbasis AI

Penelitian ini bertujuan mengoptimalkan parameter PID (Kp, Ki, Kd) pada sistem pengendalian flowrate untuk fluida cair (amonia) dan kental (phosphoric acid) menggunakan tiga metode tuning: Firefly Algorithm, Ziegler–Nichols, dan Trial–Error. Simulasi dilakukan menggunakan MATLAB Simulink berdasarkan model fungsi alih control valve. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa Firefly Algorithm memberikan performa terbaik, dengan fluida cair mencapai setpoint dalam rise time 8 s, overshoot 3%, settling time 25 s, dan steady-state error 0, sedangkan fluida kental memiliki rise time 10 s, overshoot 3%, settling time 23 s, dan steady-state error 0. Nilai integral error (IAE/ISE/ITAE) juga paling rendah pada Firefly, yaitu 2,36/1,85/4,29 untuk cair dan 2,12/1,73/4,05 untuk kental. Kesimpulannya, Firefly Algorithm mampu menyesuaikan parameter PID secara adaptif terhadap karakteristik fluida, menghasilkan respon sistem cepat, stabil, dan minim error, lebih unggul dibanding metode Ziegler–Nichols dan Trial–Error
